12. The letters from mum

[A/N : Hii loves! Heres chapter 12, woah, its been a while since I updated..

I'm very sorry about it, I just had a lot of things on my mind and loads of things for school to do.

I raced down the stairs, placing my bag underneath the coat stand. Nobody had to know I had taken the book with me. I had to read some pages of it first. I had to do this for myself, to get some answers.

'Caitlin, you okay ? Did you lost the way dear?' Dad asked as he sneaked up behind the kitchen door.

'Yeah, its such a huge house daddy!' I lied through my teeth.

How I hated lying, especially now to my father. I was already hiding things for him, tho I didn't wanted to do that to him. But I had to. I didn't wanted him or anyone else to find out that I had taken the book with me.

'Sure you are okay love? You look a bit pale.' Dad put his hand on my shoulder.

'I'm getting a bit cold daddy, like I also had last week..' I decided to go for a very easy lie , it didn't had to sound so extravagant as the lies I made up to those horrible people named the Willis family. I'm not even going to talk about them anymore, I'm sick of them.

'I'll tell Harry to send you to bed early tonight.' Dad said, as we made our way back to the living room.

'I'm 16 years old dad, I can decide that for myself , thank you.' I sassed back.

'And I'm still your father, miss Caitlin Layla Styles!' Dad laughed as we both sat down on the sofa's.

'Whats going on?' Gemma asked smiling at me and our dad.

'Cait is getting a bit ill I guess, and I want Harry to send her to bed early tonight, but she doesn't wants that!' Dad continued to laugh, causing everyone else to laugh aswell.

'Yeah, thanks everyone. I feel so loved right now..' I said sarcastically.

'Oohh come here Cait!' Niall laughed, pulling me onto his lap.

'Nice to know where I stand in this house!' I sassed at everyone, causing them to laugh even more.

'Will you shut up Caitlin?' Madison laughed.

I laughed, sticking my tongue at her, deciding to don't continue about it.

'I could send her to bed early , I could try it.' Harry laughed ,as I sighed and hid my face in Niall's chest.

'I'll kick your ass if we get back at your house, that will happen!' I laughed as I faced Harry again.

'I've always knew they would argue like this!' Mum walked into the living room ,carrying a tray with 7 cups of tea on it , placing it on the salon table.

'They were already like this before I even met Caitlin.' Madison giggled, as she took a cup of tea.

'Like you are an angel yourself Madison!' Harry and I said both at the same time, as everyone burst into laughter again.

After spending the afternoon at my parents' house, the evening had set in, we said our goodbyes before we left.

It had been an wonderfull afternoon, lots of laughing, telling stories about things from the past few years, and planning our next visit either.

I was so happy Niall had come along, it had been an opportunity to meet my parents, while it was that to me as well.

It meant so much to me that he suported my decisions. I really really loved him, I was so glad to have him as my boyfriend.

When we walked out of the door, loads of paparazzi surrounded us immediately.

They had followed us towards here from the X-Factor studio's this morning, but I didn't excepted them to still be bere now.

Lots of questions where shot towards us, making me a bit insecure and also kinda dizzy, but Niall lead me to his car without any doubting and helped me get in before he got in the drivers seat.

'You okay Cait?' Niall asked as he started driving.

'Uhm, yeah I guess.. I'm a bit dizzy..' I said, sighing deeply.

'Just don't pay attention to them as they surround you like that, keep on walking and don't be scared, cause I will be next to you , to protect you.' Niall smiled at me.

'If you say so , it must be true then!' I giggled, feeling a bit better already.

'It will be okay love, don't worry!' Niall said, driving towards Harry's house.

'Cait, do you want to come to my place this evening?'

'Yeah, I'd love to! I'll send Harry a text  saying I will be home a bit later!' I smiled, feeling very happy to be with Niall for the evening.

'I'll drive you back around 11, if he agrees with that , I hope.' 

'I'm sure he will. And otherwise, screw him then!' I giggled, taking my phone out of my bag and sending Harry a text.

When I put my phone back into my bag, I noticed the book with mum's letters.

I had honestly forgotten about it.

Maybe I had the chance to read it when I got back home at Harry's place later this evening.

I wasn't ready to show anyone I had taken it with me, I had to read it for myself at first.

'Princess?' Niall said, making me look at him, and noticing we weren't driving anymore.

'We're here?' I asked, seeing Niall get out of the car.

'Yeah, come on love, lets show you my house!' Niall said as I got out of the car and followed him inside his house.

I stepped inside his house, admiring how big it was. From the outside it looked a bit small, but it was just as huge as my brothers house.

After I put my coat on the stand, I walked inside his livingroom, looking around.

'So what do you think ?' Niall asked as he walked towards me.

'Its amazing, so huge, but still a warm and cozy room!' I said, sitting down on the couch.

'Would you like anything to drink princess?' 

'A water would be fine thanks!' I said, as Niall nodded and walked into the kitchen.

'You can pick a movie, they're all in a box next to the playstation!' Niall said, making me laugh.

'What would you like to eat, italian or chinese food?'

'Chinese food is okay to me!' I said,hearing Niall call to order some food , while I stand up from the couch , went up to the playstation and flicked through the box of movies, finally choosing ''Walk In the Clouds''

'Great pick Cait! Here's your water, and food will be here in half an hour, so lets watch the movie!' Niall placed the glasses on the table, and put the dvd into the dvd player before sitting down next to me, as I snuggle into his chest, as we waited for the movie to start.
