Chapter 2

Andrea POV

"ANDREA" I turned around to see my best friend, Kathleen Johnson running towards me her arms flapping all over the place.

"Yes Kathy" she breathed in and out "I think my mate is close" my eyes popped out my eye sockets "no way" "way!!!" she jumped up and down.

"I was sitting outside waiting for you and then I smelt something, the scent was so damn sexy I tried looking for the person but I couldn't find him, my wolf was whining telling me it was my mate" her eyes were glowing with excitement, I was truly happy for her really I was I didn't really need a mate but if I did find my mate I guess I would be happy.

Of course you'd be happy, well we'll be happy it is our mate

My inner wolf said

"Andrea?" I looked up and saw Kathleen with a worried look on her face. "What?" "you okay you seem distant" "yeah I'm fine it's just the usual this morning" I shrugged and walked to my locker.

"Oh" Kathy knew about my nightmares she's been there when I had one of my worst nightmares. The bell had rung "you ready" she asked "yes" we walked to our classroom once we got inside Kathy had stopped, I looked at her and her eyes were wild.

We were standing in the doorway a guy we haven't seen before stood up he had, olive coloured skin, light green eyes and dark brown hair he was 6'1, muscular but lean. His eyes were also wild "mate" they both said I stepped aside as I watch them stand in front of each other just admiring one another.

"Class!!" The teacher walked in and both their heads snapped towards the sound of the History teacher Mr. Ronald, Kathy's mate growled Kathy snapped out of the trance first and kissed her mate's cheek his eyes softened and I mentally awed as they looked at each other once more.

I grabbed both their hands, brave enough to interfere their Meet. "Names Andrea" I said holding my hand out "I know who you are" he said, he took my hand and shook it "it's a pleasure meeting you" he said grinning.

I just smiled and nodded my head for him to continue "oh my bad my names Xavier" "Xavier" Kathy mumbled dreamily her eyes dazed. "And you my love" Kathy blushed "Kathleen Johnson" they stared into each other's eyes and I was starting to get annoyed "guys focus" I hissed.

And that is when I had the never ending staring and kissing.

-Lunch-

It was lunch time and I honestly had enough of Xavier and Kathy mumbling and making kissy noises and better yet he's in all of our classes except last period. Thank the lord!!

"Okay guys seriously I know you've met your mate and all but you guys are getting on my nerves" I growled Kathy rolled her eyes "is someone jelly" it was my turn to roll my eyes "as if" I scoffed and walked through the cafeteria doors.

Everything went quiet I rolled my eyes once again, this happens a lot because my father has the most powerful and strongest pack I get this, and it's extremely annoying even more annoying than the lovey dovey couple behind me and that's saying something.

I walked to the line and got my lunch the couple behind me talking. I sighed and saw Steven sitting at our table "Stevey" I yelled and ran over to him. "Hey Andy" I punched him "don't call me that dim-wit" he rubbed his shoulder "ow that hurt Charlie" he said in a british accent I laughed.

I hugged him, "so how are you" I asked him Steven is apart of my pack, he's the son of the beta, my father's best friend, he'd left all of a sudden and I'm extremely happy to see him again.

"I'm good, even better to see you and Kathy" he looked over at Xavier and Kathy "mates" "yup" he rolled his eyes "did you find your mate yet" he asked "nah still single as a lonely pringle" I sighed "you have me don't you" I pushed him "yeah yeah I have you" I scrunched up my nose "hey I'm not that bad am I?" I shook my head "no I'm just teasing you" his eyes flashed with mischief.
