Prof. Hunt's pov

"So...umm... when do I call (f/n)?" I ask.

"Whenever you think is the right time to call (f/n), Thomas," Mel said.

"Okay," I said.

I sat on my white couch and stare at my cell phone. I waited and waited and waited...

"I can't fucking do this I'm calling (f/n)!" I exclaimed.

I quickly got up from my couch and reach for my phone. I was suddenly pushed away by a great force.

"Oh hell no. Boy, you better let nature take its course and wait." Mel said. "Thomas?"

I lift my hand up and see Mel smiling down on me holding in a giggle. I then put my hands to my side and got up slowly.

"What the... what did you eat for breakfast? A truck?" I groaned.

"Haha very funny," Mel said. "It's called working your ass off in the gym and being a boss. Anyway, you're not calling (f/n)."

"Mel, I can't do this. I need to-"

"Yes. You can Thomas! Just be patient." Mel said.

"Okay... I will just wai-oh my god (f/n) is calling!" I yelled. "What do I do!?"

"You answer the phone, duh." Mel rolled her eyes.

Okay, I got this just answer the call. I picked up my phone let it ringed a moment or two,  then I just tap 'answer' and prepare to embarrass myself.

"Hello? Is this (f/n)?" I said looking at Mel giving me thumbs up.

"What? Wait of course it's you." I said looking at Mel giving a thumbs up and an unsure smile.

"Because I have you," I said. Looking at Mel for advice, she gives me a creepy look in return I gave her a dumbfounded look until I realized what I had said.

"In my contacts, I mean! Not like I have you now my precious." I blushed, yelling. "You get what I mean-anyway how are you?"

Mel looked at me holding in a laugh. I snap my fingers to tell her to shut up as (f/n) talks about today. In return (f/n) asks me about my day.

"Oh fine, you know the usual, work, papers, and more work," I said earning a burst of heartwarming laughter from (f/n).

I looked at Mel with my eyes going wide and blushed.

"What? Did I say something funny?" I ask as I see Mel coming into the living room sitting across from me.

"No, well, no not really. It's just the way you said it was all cocky and bad boy like." (F/N) said. "It just gave me shivers."

"Oh really?" I said deeply smiling.

Mel chocked and spit out water stood up and shook her fingers. Mouthing "Don't ever say that again." I gave her a confused look and smirked at her, earning a middle finger from her.

"Like when you said "oh really" I imagine you on a couch, legs crossed at your knee, and you lean back into the couch with your arm placed behind your head." (F/N) said.

After that, I quickly move out of the position and stood up. God, how did (f/n) know?

"Um you aren't spying on me, right?" I ask nervously.

"Oh okay, good. Because I was like 'how did (f/n) know I was in that type of seating position.'" I laughed.

"Prof. Hunt"? (f/n) said.

"(f/n), you don't have to be so formal, just call me Hunt." I said.

"Oh sorry about that Pro- I mean Hunt. I wanted to ask... um." (F/n) trailed off.

"Yes?" I said.

"Do you- maybe want to go out this week?" (f/n) asked shyly. "I'm mean we don't have to we can postpone or some-"

(f/n) mumbles for what seems like forever. I grew tired of (f/n) worrying and called out.

"(F/n). Relax. Calm down. It's okay, I would love to go out with you this week. How does Friday night sound? We can hit up that Stardom Bar Joint?" I ask smiling.

I listened to the bashful (f/n) and said good-night and hung up. I took and deep breath and look to my side.

"HOLY SHIT!" I yelled. "Mel, what the hell?"

"Sorry. So?" Mel giggled.

"I- I have a date this Friday with (f/n)," I said bluntly.

Mel cheered and hugged my head and started dancing. I placed my black hair to the side and sip some wine as Mel continues to dance. After a minute or two, she lost all energy and flops on the chair, breathing slightly heavily.

"You good?" I ask smirking.

She flips the bird at me as she uses her hand to fan herself. Surprisingly, it took less than ten minutes or so that Mel's breathing pattern was normal.

"So where are you guys going?" Mel asked.

"The Stardom Bar Joint. I think I made that clear and audible for anyone to hear, Mel." I said.

"Well, I'm sorry. I didn't want to pry on my best buddy on his private conversation." Mel pouted as she hugs me and messes up my hair.

"It's okay Mel. I just hope I won't regret meeting up with (f/n)." I said. "If anybody finds out about this, especially the Board of Education-"

"That won't happen," Mel said bluntly.

"But what if-"

"It won't happen. If it does Thomas, then it happens. At the very moment, only You, (f/n), maybe a friend or two of (f/n), you know who, and I." Mel said staring into my eyes."

"Thank you, Mel," I said sweetly.

"Your welcome, my dear Tommy." Mel smiled. Oh and a matter of fact, I know damn well, it's nobody else business unless you want it to be anyone else business. You understand.

"Yes, ma'am." I laughed. "I really do appreciate it, Mel. What would I do without you?"

"Yes, what would your world be like without muah! Mel smiled posing.

"What would this fine day be like if the host did not get me more wine?" I joked.

"A horrible, fun-loving host," Mel said as she poured the red wine into my glass.

We talked and joke around as we drank wine and watch TV. Soon, we both fell asleep snoring, as the TV stayed on, and lights dimmed.

So yeah, I got that done. I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter. And I'm so so (many so(s) later) sorry. A lot of things happened the past year, but I'm committed to start writing and updating more.

Anyway, again, I hope you guys enjoyed. Have a great day (or morning... it's 12:30 while I'm doing this... I stop typing, bye.
