(Not my art)

To be honest, we were both scared-
No.
Not WE, I was. I was terrified and I forced Stella to run away with me. Never did I ask how she felt or if she wanted to stay.

We've been running for 2 days straight and we have just trespassed onto another packs territory and o could tell Stella was trying to not whine.

"Sorry Stella." I stopped and turned my head to look at her.

"About what?" Stella was panting heavily but through her exhaustion, she smiled.

"I had forced you to run away with-"Those words were like a trigger setting off a alarm. I felt wrong and I noticed it to late.

A big grey wolf jumps on Stella's side making her fall. The wolf towered over her, baring his fangs.

I couldn't move. It was as if I was glued to that spot. Then it was like slow motion, he grabbed her by the throat and that woke me up.

I lounged at him landing on his back. I bit down on his ear and he yelped in pain. Panicking he rammed me into a nearby tree but he couldn't shake me off.

Stella had snuck up by his flank and she bit down on the wolf's hip. He yelped and his head snapped up in her direction. I shuddered as he grabbed her neck and threw her into a tree.

She fell onto the ground not moving. I was enraged. Letting his ear go, my jaws rapped around his neck and I tried to kill him.
Hint word tried but another wolf had grabbed me by the throat. He's massive jaws tighten to block of my air way causing me to black out

Waking up to find yourself in a jail cell with a chain around my neck, sucks especially when your freezing. "Stella." I mumble still feeling the pain in my neck

Soft sobbing was heard and I pushed myself up. "We shouldn't have... Left. It was safe at home." I finally found her huddled in a corner of another cell.

"I know, sorry to have dragged you into this. I went way to far and pushed my feelings onto you." I did want I have been trying to prevent- pushing my painful emotions onto someone else so they could carry them.

Stella walks up to the bars that separate us and I gasp when I see her. She Has a hand print on her left cheek, her once grey sweatpants covered in dirt as if she was thrown around, and her beautiful brown hair matted and dirty. "Stella! Are you ok!" I go over to the bars.

Tears began to form and my eyes at the sight of her "I'm so, so, so, so sorry." Hearing foot steps coming in our direction, we separated. Stella ran to the back of her cell and sat back down in her corner. I laid on the floor pretending to be asleep. I squeezed my eyes shut when the sound of foot steps stopped in front of my cell.

"This one's still asleep." A rough voice said as they opened my cell door.

"I hate rouges, look what she did to my ear." Another rough voice said as they sighed. "Just drag her out, I think the alpha wants to kill her himself."

Someone grabs the chain collar and drags me out of the cell. "Hold on." The second voice says and something hard collides with my stomach.

"Stormy!" Stella ran up toward her jail door and pleaded for him to stop but he continued.
When he was finally done, I was coughing and hacking up blood.

"Sh*t" i mumbled and panted. Everything was hazy and I could barely see. I tried to wiggle out of the chain collar but it only tightened a little. The first guy had let go at one point and just watched me struggle and he let out a chuckle.

I stood there and looked at both of them. They taunted me and I took the bait. I lounged at the first guy. He was one eyed, a patch over his other.

While I was midair, the second wolf had caught me in his jaws. He must have shifted when I wasn't paying attention.

He blocked off my passage way once again. For the second time today I passed out.
