So basically my mom takes Grandpa to his doctor's appointments, and they were on the freeway, and he pointed to this building on one side of the freeway and yelled said quote. Apparently he knows someone named Eddie who works in that general area. 
GRANDPA, EDDIE CAN'T HEAR YOU, THE WINDOW IS ROLLED UP XD
