I'd had a fake crush before Tanner. In sixth grade, I had a very obvious "crush" on Jarod Rahd. He had a bowl cut. And he only did his science homework half the time. But my "crush" on him was believable because a couple other girls liked him for who knows what reasons. I guess he had an okay personality if you could look past his occasional rudeness, but that wasn't enough to crush on someone. To actually like someone, he had to have nice hair, a nose that wasn't huge, a nice personality, brains, and a good sense of humor. Now, I know that might asking a lot of the male specimen, but I guess that explains me never having a crush in K-7th grade. High standards will get you far in life.

Well, as far as eighth grade at least.
