The light from the moon filtered through the endless knots of leaves from the trees. The stars flickered in the sky like a old light fixture. The type of light fixture that would be at your grandparents house. That is to say if you had any.
I have grandparents, but i've never seen them nor talked about them. They could be dead for all I know. It always seemed strange to me but as a young child I learned myself that talking about them only lead to a change of subject, and obvious awkwardness. I preferred to avoid the subject.
Im not supposed to be outside this late. I don't really know why but my parents wont ever let me stay out late. Im sure its just parent paranoia of having a pretty teenage girl out at night. I had already encountered my fair share of perverts in daylight but it always seemed strange that they wouldn't let me out at night even when I was just a kid. Not even in the backyard.
I hear a quick sound of rustling in the bushes, on instinct I grasp heart shaped necklace. I had got it from my mother when I was young and it has stuck with me to this day. It made me feel safe holding it.
Curiosity soon replaced any fear I had of the sound. It was probably a bunny, or some type of small rodent but my curiosity got the best of me.
I'm lead to a small nook of trees, I peek in and a scream escapes my mouth.
A short girl with a white face and red lips. She has a puffy yellow jumpsuit with large red buttons. A clown. She giggles and pulls the chain on a large chainsaw she holds.
Panic floods through my body and I can feel my heart pulse. Im frozen in fear as I stare at her giggling, she takes a step closer to me. And then other. Her chainsaw buzzes louder and louder as she gets closer.
I open my mouth to scream, but the only sound is the buzzing of the chainsaw. It wasent long until we were face to face. I stare at her white face as she smiles. She drops her chainsaw and holds her hand out for me to shake.
"Sup."
I shake it hesitantly.
//Ehhh tell me if you like it! I just started and yeah....idk...heh...\\
