I am a brittle transparent crystal. You can set me alight until I am nothing, or you can shatter me into thousands of pieces. Either way, you would have won, right? It'd take days, months, years to bring me back to the state I once was, just to do it all over again and dare you'd stop and think to say ''No. This is wrong.''
WHO gives you the right exactly? WHAT makes you think you're much better? Are you afraid of the sodium that darts across the open air that stings you like acid?
I wish the erosion would happen sooner..Threadbare, I display my worn-out being.

Another freezing morning in the Sun-rising land, he sleeps silently. The locks of ink plastered to his forehead spread lazily, his bed sheets sprawled halfway over the edge revealing a perfect little pudgy stomach. The piglet slept heavily and peacefully, that is until a figure near his door slipped through with ease. It knelt in front of the innocent sleeping beauty pressing a digit or two delicately across his abdomen and leaned in with a growing smirk. As it's lungs inhaled, it pressed its lips against the soft warm cookie-dough and blew a gust of air creating ripples followed by an eruption of screams. Quick to move away from the now flailing startled piglet who could just about catch his breath the figure rose with roaring laughter.
Yes, Viktor -fricken-Nikiforov raspberried poor Yuuri to life..Such a polite way to wake up your potential lover, am I right?
The Russian jumped onto the bed in order to comfort poor Yuuri who had jumped out of his own flab-.. I mean skin, so badly he thought he was in another nightmare and after soon realizing he wasn't his eyes had started to water. Albeit being a great laugh to one of the oldest damn pranks in history, Viktor couldn't help but feel a little guilty. He had only hoped it would shed a little light on the younger man as he was going through a complicated mix of emotions. He realized Yuuri looked worse and worse as another day passed but that never stopped him from trying again and again, just to get a smile out of him that lasted more than a few seconds at a time, laughter that rang through his ears and those beaming bronze eyes to die for. He loved this man with a burning passion and it was like no other past relationship he tried to savour. Yuuri is indeed a very special person to him, Viktor would go so far as to chisel at the ice with his broken skates if it meant seeing that side of Yuuri once more.
He didn't want to admit that he was running out of ideas on how to achieve this, but no matter what it took he'd do it. Of course something was working since most of Yuuri's reactions were shying away or giggling nervously, it gave Viktor that little extra hope.
Unless he was headbutted..
An angry piggy is an unhappy piggy, I mean his sleep was ruined after all.
This is a day in the life of a Japanese and Russian in love.
------To help with the atmosphere of certain scenes, I sometimes suggest music to have playing in the background as you read. Otis-One More Chance was the one for this. Although the lyrics are repeated throughout the song, I feel that it expresses Viktor's will to fight and reassure Yuuri through his struggles. These are completely optional, and I have done this in my previous fics. See if it works out for ya and thanks for reading so far. Please do let me know if you'd like this to be continued!
Cheers~
