Killer Kraze

The Beginning.

"Kaylee come on sweetie your going to be late to school" Courtney said. Courtney is my step mom. my real mom died 3 years ago , she was in a car accident, but my dad is my best friend. I have two sisters named Kaitlynn and Kara. Kaitlynn is 14 and Kara is 5 and I am is 16. 

"I'm coming, so sorry had to find my math homework" I lied. What i was really was doing is looking at my moms stuff, I miss her. I  likes to get into my moms old clothes and just try to remember the smell of her perfume.

"Don't forget you have to take Kara to preschool today, I have a meeting" Courtney said. 

"Alright wheres dad?" I asked. 

"Already left for work, here." Courtney handed her a twenty dollar bill.

"Whats this for?" I asked looking really confused

"I dont have time to make you guys breakfast i have to run my meeting is in like 10 mins so i love you drive safe" Courtney said kissing her on the forehead

"Thanks!!! you too" Yelling at my stepmom. I grabbed her backpack.

"Kara! Kaitlynn! come on were going to be late!!" I yelled for my siblings.

"I cant find my brown boots."Kaitlynn said.

"They are in the hall closet" I said as Kaitlynn walked down the hall. 

"Sissy where is my bow?" Kara came running from down the hall almost bumping into Kaitlynn.

"On the kitchen counter hurry up if you want McDonald's" I said.

Kara hurried to get her bow and came back over to where I was standing. I quickly put it in her hair. and called for Kaitlynn

"Come on sis if you don't hurry up we wont be able to get breakfast then you will go hungry" I said opening the door. Kara ran out.

"Alright alright" Kaitlynn said grabbing her backpack and walked out the door. I walked out and locked the door behind me.

We drove to McDonald's and all got a sausage Mcmuffin and each a sprite

I dropped Kara off first and then Kaitlynn. Then went to the park.

My mom and I use to go to the park together and work out, then we went to a special bench under the trees and just watch the leaves fall from the trees.

I always thought it was beautiful this time of year. The leaves changing colors and the sky turning pink its so pretty. I snapped out of her trance then looked at her watch,8:10 the clock said.

"Shit im late" i said running to my car. I buckled my seat belt than drove to school

I climbed out of the car when she reached school. I am a Senior.

"Your late Miss. Smothers," said her English teacher.

"im so sorry, Mrs. Smith, i lost tract of time." I said. 

"That's all right take a seat," Mrs. Smith said.
