"Luke, how is your night going?" I ask.

"It's going really great. I love bein' here for such a great cause."

"And an amazing cause it is. We've just heard that we've raised an amazing 215,000£."

"Wow, yeah that's amazing. It's great to see everyone come together for the kids ya know."

"Absolutely. So I obviously have to ask since I have you here, how's your leg?"

"You know it's doin' good. I still get aches sometimes, but I'm pushing through. Football is my life. I love it."

"You certainly seem to be doing well this season. Compared to the beginning of last season, how do you feel about your performances?"

"I feel okay about them. I'm just comin' back ya know so I've obviously got to get back into a routine, but yeah overall I feel pretty good."

"You're looking great on the ball. It seems to be a real game changer to have you back. And now obviously you're back in the locker room with your teammate. How does it feel to be back with them?"

"Oh god it's amazin' really. Bein' back with the lads is always amazing. I love my team. They were so supportive last season. I'm really glad to be back in the locker room with them. You miss stuff bein' gone, so it's definitely good to be part of that stuff again."

"And now what are you doing to get back to the level you want to be at?"

"I'm working out a lot. I have one day a week where I'm resting whereas everyone else has two or three days where they kinda take it easy. I'm constantly changing up my routines to work on different things. I want to get more fit purely for the fact that I want to be playin' regularly. I need to impress the coach in order to get and keep a place in the starting line up," Luke scratches his ear, "I'm also working with my private chef to change up my diet to help out as well. I don't have any cheat days where I'm like it's okay to skip out on my diet. I'm stayin' on the regiment I've discussed with the nutritionist. Every little thing helps."

"For sure. All the hard work you're doing is certainly showing on the pitch."

"Thank you. I'm workin' real hard. I just want to make the fans happy," Luke smiles.

"It certainly seems that you are a fan favourite. Thank you for your time, Luke. Enjoy the rest of your night," I nod at him.

"Thanks you too," he smiles before walking out of frame. Jonas pans the camera back to me.

"Paisley Calsum with MU TV," I smile.

I can see Jonas doing his usual '3, 2, 1! Clear!' signals. Once he's done with that, I smile at everyone. That was my first solo interview. I'm so glad it went well. Leah takes the mic and mic pack from Luke before he walks off back to his friends. He looks at me and gives me a small nod that is arguably not even there.

"Great job!"

"That went really well," Jonas smiles warmly at me.

"Thank you so much! So next interview?" I look at Jonas and Leah who nod, "let's go!"
