The Freak Has Fire in Her Eyes

Chapter 1 ~ Wake Up Cecilia

"Cece? Are you even alive?! Wake up Cecilia!!!" A very familiar voice yelled as I was being shaken awake. I let out a groan and roll away and hit the wall and groan in pain holding my nose. "Was that so hard? Picturing the wall as Josh?" My best friend Maria said smirking, I hit her with a pillow making her scream and fall.

"No, I don't even like him anymore!!" I hissed standing up and fixing my bed. I looked at my phone to see I only had 30 minutes before school and gasped, "Oh my gosh! I don't even have time to get ready!!" Maria sat up and smirked,

"Maybe Miss Goody-Two-Shoes should have woken up earlier huh?" She said and threw an outfit at me, I ran to the bathroom not caring how the outfit looked or what she said.

After a 10 minute shower that I managed to take, including shaving my legs and everything, I jumped out and dried off looking at my outfit and gasped at what Maria picked out. I groaned knowing I didn't have time and threw the dark blue high rise ripped skinny jeans on and my black crop top sweater that said Nerd in white and went in my room and crossed my arms looking at Maria and she looked at me with her eyes wide.

"If you dressed like that, Josh would have booed you up years ago." She said making me giggle and groan.

"My hair and makeup will never be done in time!" I complained and ran to my vanity mirror and started on my makeup. Only mascara and some eyeliner. Making sure my wing is perfect and they match before trying to decide on how to style my hair when Maria came up and started rubbing something in it making me squirm away.

"It's going to make your hair better and match everything calm down!" She yelled slapping my head. I slowly went back to sitting as she put the hair solution into my damp red hair.

Finally after she got it in, we grabbed our school bags and ran to my 98' Impala and jumped in. As I was about to drive off I realized I didn't have my glasses or contacts and ran back to my room washing my hands and grabbing my clear contacts and put them in my dark green eyes.

Running and jumping in my car, I sped down the road in a minute and was at my school. I ran my hand through my messy, curly hair before getting out of the car. Maria fallowed suit and we made our way into school. I hid my head as I walked to my locker and put my bag in, grabbing the binder and books needed for class.

As I walked to my class I heard a lit of camotion down a hall, I rolled my eyes realizing there was only 10 minutes before class started. I decided to walk to the noise and saw the school's bad boy and his friends on the verge of getting into a fight with the schools football team captain and the football team. Josh, the team captain. He was gorgeous, with his cream skin, his dirty brown hair, bright blue eyes, full pink lips, and his muscular build. He was perfect. I walked up to stop the fight and just as I got in front of the group that surrounded them, the schools bad boy looked at me, not even just looked, he starred. His brown eyes bore into my green eyes. I instantly felt nervous and insecure. I looked down and turned to head to class. Making it just before the bell rang, and my AP Physics teacher,  Mr. Hanson, started his lectures.
