Liam's POV

I woke up to the sound of music blasting I didn't get much sleep last night seeing as I just got here and I have a lot of unpacking to do I'm do glad to finally be away from my cunt of a dad I grabbed my jeans and a black T-shirt and hopped in the shower.I got out and got dressed and raced down stairs grabbed my black leather jacket my favourite one also and jumped in my car and sped of to school.It took forever to get signed into the school so by the time I was done it was half way through second period which sucks because I knew that as soon as that door opened all eyes would be on me.When I finally got to the classroom I knocked and was told to come in so I did as I was told and came in and just as I thought all eyes were on me but there was a pair of eyes that interested me the most I walked over to the teacher who apperently was Mr Jones according to my time table.We talked quickly and then he turned to the girl with the beautiful blue eyes and said  "Riley is it okay if Liam sits next to you?"Oh so her name is Riley she looked like she was thinking so I took the time to check her out she had bright beautiful blue eyes and long wavy brown hair and her T-shirt said 'I hate Mondays' paired with some jeans and a cardigan it was then that I noticed she had shoes exactly like mine cool.I snapped out of my thoughts when she looked me over and then replied "Sure" that's all she said before she continued staring out the window so I just walked across the room and plopped down beside her I thought I'd be nice so I turned to her and said "Sup Riley I'm Liam" I held my hand out for her to shake but she ignored it and said"I heard now leave me alone" I didn't wanna be rude so I shut up for the rest of the lesson.

When the bell rang Riley practically ran out of the classroom I walked into the cafeteria and saw her lining up and then the guy in front of her started talking to her all of a sudden he picked her up by the scruff of her shirt and dragged her out of the cafeteria I ran out after them to see them say something about her mum regretting having her so she died or something like that then he started punching her then he dropped her on the ground only to start kicking the shit out of her.They eventually walked off and I was about to help her up but she got up and ran outside just as the bell went of for 3rd period ughhhhh I wanted to help her

It was now home time I ran outside to see her speeding of so I jumped in my car and drove to my shitty apartment.

I arrived home very quickly and started unpacking and trying to make my stay at least comfortable.I was now finished and decided I was gonna go explore Ravenswood it was my new home so I wanna see what this quaint town had for me to do.It was pretty boring until I found that game arcade I walked up to the bar to get a drink (non-alcoholic he's underage) and I was so happy I did because out came Riley but when I looked at her face I got extremely angry because she had bruises everywhere I went through the little door and into the bar and walked up to her "HEY what are you doing this is an employee only zone so get out" she barked at me but it wasn't harsh because I voice kept cracking all I said was "Hey are you okay what happened come sit down with me" at first she was hesitant but then she agreed so we walked over and sat down "Do please answer my question are you ok? and what happened?" She started at me for ages and then she spoke "How do u not know what happened everyone knows who I am" I was shocked at first because she knows I'm new soooo I was really confused "I'm sorry I'm new you met me the today in maths I'm Liam remember" then it seemed to click.

After a while I convinced her to tell me why her beautiful skin was bruised of course I didn't say that but still she told me and all it did was make me EXTREMELY mad to sum it up basically the whole school bullied her physically and verbally it was horrid she told me it all started in prep when she came to school with a broken arm and kids said it was because she was a murderer that's why she had no mum.I could tell she had been through a lot so I told her something I don't usually tell anyone "Its okay Riley don't listen to them my mum died when I was 12" she hugged me " I, sorry for your loss it was probably harder for you because you knew her" and after that we just talked and then she out of no where jumped up with wide eyes "OMG I was supposed to be working I'm not gonna get payed ugh oh no my dads gone be pissed" being me I asked "How much were you going to get payed?" She thought about it for a second before replying "$120 bucks why?" I then grabbed my wallet and she gasped when she realised what I was doing "No don't Liam it's fine" but I grabbed the money out anyways "No you were worried do here ya go" I handed it to her and she thanked me hugged me and that ran home
