The morning air was crisp and cool as you inhaled. It was almost addicting.

Almost addicting as a cigarette could be.

Almost addicting as him.

He plagued your thoughts Everytime you awoke to the time you went to bed. There was nothing for you to get your mind off of him. His features were a whole new level of addicting to you. You could always just find yourself stare at his eyes, his face, his body you stared at everything.

Many would say it was creepy and that it was like you were stalking him. But you weren't he was just addicting. Thinking about him while you sat at home or walked outside. He was just that addicting.

The smell of dirt and humidity lingered in the air. It had rained just about ten minutes earlier.

You pulled out a box of cigarettes and lit one, the light from your lighter faintly illuminated your face.

Cigarettes were addicting.

But he was addicting on a whole new level.

The clouds still hung above in the sky signaling that it would rain soon again. So this was the best chance to smoke since you couldn't smoke inside and you won't know when the rain will stop.

You'd rather not get soaking wet trying to light a cigarette in the rain. Even if you had an umbrella (which you dont) you still had a chance of getting wet.

You exhaled and watched as the smoke faded away into the air. You felt a presence behind you. It wasn't a malicious presence so you didn't bother to turn around. Soon said person sat down next to you and shifted to face you. You glanced to the side at them and saw it was him.

"Oh Dazai it's just you."

"At least sound a little bit enthusiastic to see me."

You let out a faint smile and he chuckled lightly.

"So what brings you to my side once again Dazai?"

"Ah, nothing much..." He trailed off causing you to raise an eyebrow. "More importantly a beautiful lady like you shouldn't be out alone this late! Let me a company you~" he said suggestively. You let out a faint cough and put out the cigarette. "Ah yes, that would be wonderful~" you replied both of you standing up.

As you walked your paces were matched even though he was taller and had longer legs than you it was easy to catch up to his pace.

Soon he stopped causing you to do the same. There was a ledge showing the moon shining creating light to pan across the lake that you two stood over.

"Tonight would be a perfect night to commit a double suicide"

You let a faint smile slip into your features as you got what he was hinted at.

"Yes it seems like the most beautiful time for someone to commit suicide with another" you chimed in.

You heard him let out a hum of satisfaction and then he turned to you and kneeled grabbing your hand.

"Then would you do me the honors miss (y/n)?" He smiled and kissed your knuckles

You let out a content sigh

"Yes I will Dazai"
