"My name is Zeref Dragneel. I'm your older brother...Natsu." Zeref said. Natsu stood there with wide eyes.

"What?" Natsu said confused.
"You hear me...I'm your older brother." Zeref said with a small smile. "How? When? I don't understand!" Natsu said.

"400 years ago. Before I was cursed as an immortal, you were only a small baby." Zeref said. Happy was just as confused as he was next to Natsu.

"That's not true! Natsu grew up at Fairy Tail! And Natsu isn't 400 years old!" Happy said. "Oh! But it is true." Zeref said before disappearing.

"Da!" A small salmon haired boy yelled with his tiny arms stretched out.
"Da!" His father turned to him and smiled a big goofy smile.

The small salmon haired boy laughed.

"Why did you insist to see the gladiator fight, Zeref?" A woman with salmon hair in a bun asks her son.
"Da!" The small boy yells. "You know he'll win each round anyway..."

The older brother, Zeref, shrugged his shoulders and held on to his little brother. "I just like seeing him fight..."
Zeref said. "Da!" Zeref's little brother yelled. "Dad's right there, Natsu!"
"DA!"

"Ze-Zew-Zewef!" The tiny salom haired boy was trying to learn how to talk.
"Come on...say Ze-re-f!" His mother said with a small smile. "Zewef!" The little boy yelled clapping his hands.

"Still trying to make Natsu say Zeref?"
Said a new voice. "He already know how to say 'Da' and 'Ma' so why not teach him how to say, Zeref?" The mother said. "He can learn that as he grows."

"Zewef!" The tiny salmon haired boy yelled. "Let's go get Zeref from school, I bet you want to see your big brother."
His mother said picking him up.

"Bye. And come back safe." Natsu's father said. "We will, don't worry."
"I have to worry! I'm a husband and a dad to two wonderful sons! I can't loose any of you!" Natsu's father said.

"Alright!"

"Natsu...don't die..." Zeref whispers as he keeps on sleeping. "Zewef?" The tiny salmon haired boy was confused on why his big brother said that in his sleep. "Zewef...?" Natsu gently shook his older brother. "Natsu!"

Zeref woke up with tears and looked over at Natsu. "Thank goodness you aren't dead." Zeref said. Natsu stretched out his arms. "Hug."

Zeref picked up Natsu and hugged him close to his body. "Please don't die." Zeref whispers as Natsu falls asleep.

Zeref sits in his bed studying a book for school. "Zewef!" Zeref drops the book. "There's monsters in my closet! Can I stay here!" The tiny salmon haired boy says. "Natsu...there's nothing in your closet. Those are just stupid stories dad tells you. Go back to bed." Natsu shakes his head.

"No!" Zeref sighs. "Fine...get on my bed and be quiet. I still have to study." Natsu gets on Zeref's bed and lays down.

Ten minutes later~

'I knew it.' Zeref thought as he tries to ignore Natsu's snoring and finish studying.

Natsu and Happy lay out side their house. On the green cold grass.
"Hey, Natsu?" Happy says. "Hmm?" Natsu hums. "Do you ever wonder if Zeref actually is right? Like you do forget some things sometimes and then there's that one time when we fought against the Thunder Legion and you couldn't pass that spell."

"...Sometimes...I actually do think of that, Happy? Can you promise me something?" Happy nods.

"Aye!" Happy says. "Promise me...no matter what happens in the future... you'll always back me up." Natsu says.
"Aye! I promise!" Happy says.

Somewhere in Fiore~

"Is it almost finished?" A someone asks. "Yeah! Now shut up and let
Master E. N. D make his decision!" Someone else yells. "Okay!"

"Master E. N. D ...I know we failed to get you back...but...we got another plan...and this time...it involves the Fairy Tail mages!"
