Chapter 2

Zachs POV

Its Saturday. The Carnivals in town tonight so my friends and i are going to check it out, maybe Brooke would like to come. I'll text her.

Brookes POV

The Carnival huh sounds good. *knock* *knock* "hey girl" Sophie said walking in my room "So i got a text from Mark asking...", "if you wanted to go to the carnival" i said before she could "yeah how did you know" she looked confused "Zach also asked me and i said yeah", "Yea, What do you want to do until then?", "Mall?", "sure". I love shopping. We put on our shoes and i grabbed some money from the envelope. "Lets go".

Mall

We've been to TopShop, Forever 21 and MAC, we are now walking to the food court when we bumped into someone i looked up and i wish i didnt. "Next time watch where your going freaks","Hey GiGi" i said with a fake smile "Dont even speak" she said pushing Sophie and i out the way "You are such a bitch" Sophia said turning to face GiGi. Sophie!. "What did you just call me?" GiGi said raising her voice. Oh dear God. "B-I-T-C-H, bitch" Sophie laughed and GiGi pushed her "don't touch me" Sophie said pushing her back. No no no. Then the started pulling each others hair and slapping each other. Seriously Soph. "Sophie stop" i said pulling her off of GiGi "ugh you broke my nail" GiGi said standing up. "Come on lets go" i said grabbing our bags and taking Sophie's arm.

5:00pm

I just got out the shower i blow dry and curl my hair, i apply some makeup then get changed.

I heard a car horn so i ran to the window to see Zach i waved and ran downstairs to his car. "Hey" i said as i got in the front "Hey Brookie" he replied "Wheres everyone else" ,"There wasn't enough room so we are going to meet them there", "okay" i smiled and buckled my seat belt.

Carnival

"Im gonna throw up" Joey said as we reached the top and we all laughed. "AHHH!!!" We all screamed as we went down the drop. I grabbed Zachs hand and closed my eyes. This wasn't a good idea. "Are you okay?" Zach shouted while laughing "i think so" i said trying to laugh it off. The rollercoaster stopped and i opened my eyes "hey i did it" i said jumping out the cart "you go girl" Torie said giving me a tight squeeze. That was so much fun. "Okay lets go on the ferris wheel" i said running towards it and ran right into someone, "Are you being serious?" GiGi screamed. Crap. "Sorry i didn't see you there" i said backing up, then she pushed past me "Hello Zach" she said with the biggest grin ever "Hey GiGi, hows it going", "Amazing now that your here" she said and Zach smiled back. Ummm okay then. We got on the ferris wheel including them and i was seated beside Torie since everyone had a date.

Everyone was off but GiGi and Zach so we are just waiting for there carriage to come down. Im so tired. I lay my head on Joey's shoulder as we waited, there carriage started to come into view but it wasn't a pretty sight. Zach and GiGi kissing. Shes so mean, horrible, cold hearted and the biggest slut of the school also the most popular but thats not important.

Everyone was so shocked they walked over to us hand and hand "What happened up there man" Mark asked playfully punching Zach's shoulder and they walked off. My brain is so frazzled it was like Loren read my mind "they have been on and off for about a year now" she said looking at them "Why?, GiGi is a bitch and Zach's so nice i don't get it" i said confused "basically they went out she cheated they broke up then got back together and that pattern seems to keep happening", "why would he want her back all the time if shes just going to cheat?" ,"he said its because he loves her but really GiGi's just got him wrapped round her finger, i mean come she knows what shes doing" she said turning to me "it really is a shame because he can do so much better" Loren said before walking off to get the others. He definitely could.

In the Car

For some weird reason it was a bit awkward on the way home, so i decided to speak up "So you and GiGi huh?" I said breaking the silence "um yeah we've on and off for about a year" he replied, "cool" i said then just gazed out the window. Awkward :/.

We arrived at my house but we both just sat there staring outside, i unclipped my seatbelt and opened the door when there was a tug on my arm so i closed the door sat still "i dont want things to be awkward between us because of yours and GiGi's past i still want to be friends" Zach said softly "Okay" i said getting out the car. "Hey, friends?" He said patiently waiting for a reply "Friends" i smiled then walked inside. Tonight was not what i was expecting. I got on my Pjs, brushed my teeth then went to bed.
