forced to marry him

CHAPTER 1

ELLIE'S P.O.V

I woke up because of the sound of my stupid alarm ringing in my ears,i groaned.

I search for the alarm clock on the side table blindly by my hands. I got hold of it and i threw it on the wall. then i realize what i had just threw, i jumped from the bed and ran towards my baby aka my mobile which was scattered into pieces..

I picked up my phone and put it on the bed. then i got into the bathroom to shower. I wore black skinny jeans and dark blue shirt.

i went to the dining room for breakfast,when i saw my father cooking pancakes. I greeted my father as i sat on the chair. my father served me pancakes. I ate it silently. when my father spoke,

"How are you feeling?" He asked nervously. Well that's new.

"I'm good dad. How are you?" I asked smiling at him.

"I'm fine!" He said smiling a bit.

I wish he would just say what he wants to say.

After finishing my food I got up and put my plate in the sink. I walked towards the stairs to go in my room when my father called me.

"Yes dad?" i asked nervously. what does he want to talk about.

"Please promise that you won't get angry at me". He said pleadingly.

I was surprised at this. "Dad what are you saying? I can never get angry at you. I love you so much to get angry at you." I replied truthfully.

Dad sighed with relief.

"Actually the thing is, I borrowed a great amount of money from my friend before when my company wasn't in good condition and now his son is asking for the money. I can't afford that and  if i don't pay it i will be sent to the jail" my eyes widened on the thought of my father actually going to jail.

"So what's the amount? i will help you with it". I asked scared.

"Ell but that amount is so huge you can't help me" he said.

"How much?" i questioned.

"5 million dollars" he replied sadly. I choked on air.

My eyes widened at his reply. I was so shocked. Even if i sell my shop, i will not get enough money.

"What can i do for you dad?"i asked confidently. I will do anything for my dad. But from the inside i was nervous as hell.

"Well u see he has a son who is the CEO of his company, he said if you will marry his son, he will not take any money from me but i told him that you will not marry his son before. You don't have to worry about it. He has died but his son called me yesterday to tell me all this." He said sadly. did he just said the word "marry" ?!??

"Did u just say 'marry' dad??" I asked frantically.

"Yes. But don't worry you don't have to marry him" he said assuring me.

I thought about it for a minute. If i will marry him my father will be free from any loan , but i don't want to marry in such a young age..but i will do it for my father.... I guess.

"No dad i will marry him for you.
Because you are the best dad in the world." I said smiling a little. I can do anything for my daddy! But still I'm so sad about it...

His eyes widened, he was so shocked.

"No ell don't worry i will do something." He said trying to convince me.

"No dad i will do it" i said smiling brightly at him. But inside i was breaking down. At least I can do this for my father.

Tears welled up in my father's eye.

"You are the best daughter a father anyone could ask for. after saving 5 million dollar i will get you a divorce from him. thank you ell, thank you so much." he said. He hugged me and I relished the feeling.

"I love you dad" i said.

"I love you too" my father said gazing lovingly at me.

I am so happy because my dad is happy. I smiled at him.

I just have to think how to survive with my to-be-husband.
