CHAPTER 6

Omg. Today is my wedding. I am going to be married.i am so nervous. I wanted to marry the man of my dreams but i think that my luck has decided some other thing.

The stylist has came for my make up and all that crap .I want light make up.so i am done with my make up. I wore my dress .it soo beautiful .

I watched my father standing on the door frame with tears in his eyes. I stood up from my seat and ran in the arms of my father with tears flowing.

"Sshhh dont cry el. Be happy and take care of you and your husband.i will miss you soo much. I am so happy that i have daughter like you. Thank you so much for saving my company. Come soon and stop crying otherwise your make up will fade shhh." My father said with tears flowing from his beautiful face.

"Father i will miss you soo much. Please take care . If you want anything from me just call me i am only one call away." I said sobbing.

My father nodded and said.

"Be ready el .the limo will be here in any moment." Papa said. If on cue i hear a horn .

I sat in the limo and reached the venue .i got out from the car and hold my father's hand .i am such a nervous wreck.

My father led me to the double doors and a man pushed it open. There inftont me was standing a handsome chris in dark blue suit.
The hall was so beautiful with dark brown ramp and different flower stands on the ramp with colourful

My father started walking towards the chris and gave my hand in his hand.

"Take care of her .dont let her be sad." My father said with tears in his eyes. My father kissed my cheek .chris pulled me up on the stage. The priest started saying

" Promise in the name of god that you will help ....................................will you, chris mendes ,marry ellie darvis? " The priest said.

" Yes " he said without any expression or anything.

"Will you, ellie darvis ,marry chris mendes " he asked.

I just want to say no and take that heels off and run to my house to see netflix .i was brought back to the earth by cold glare of someone. I see chris glaring at me and then realisation dawned upon me that everyone is waiting for my answer.

"Y-yes" i said hesitantly.

"Now i prounce you husband and wife " he said.

I started thinking about my life after wedding. Will he take care of me? What if he murder me? Are you insane why would he do that?? Yeah right he will not do that. I hear priest saying something.

"Now you may kiss the bride" priest said.

Chris leaned towards my face and in swift motion kissed me on the corner of my lips. It was like electric current flowing through my body.he gazed at my blue eyes with his forest green eyes. His eyes are so beautiful. It was like he was snapped from any riverie.

Then he started walking towards the people to meet. The DJ played a slow song and couples started dancing.

I walked towards my father and chris. My father told chris to dance to show that it is a real wedding.

Chris stood infront of me and hold my hand with a tight grip and started to drag me roughly on the dance floor. I know it will leave a bruise .

"Owww let go" i said trying to let him leave my hand.

"Shut up" he said expresionlessely.

Then he put his arm on my waist roughly and i put my arms on his shoulder. After one song it was time for me to leave .so i walked to my father and hugged him sobbing . Therewere also tears on my father's face.

"Please take care papa. I will miss you so much" i sobbed.

" You too elli. You are so good daughter. Thank you for saving my company. I am so proud of you. If your mother had been alive then she would be proud too . I dont know ho can i fulfill this deed of yours .Please, if chris dont take care of you tell me. Ok?" He said .

I nodded and said " i am your daughter and you dont have to say thanks cuz you are the best father in the world. i love you".

"I love you so much" he replied.

I walked to find chris but he was already in the car waiting impatiently. Jerk. What a gentle men.

I opened the car door and sat on the seat and slammed it close.he started the car and we drove off.

My tears kept flowing. I started sobbing.

"Can you stop crying? Its annoying." He asked glaring at me coldly. It was more like a command.

"Shut up" i said wiping my tears away.after a while my tears stopped.

"Whare are we going ?" I asled after half an hour.he, as always, ignored me.

I repeated that question slowly.

" I am not child that you are saying so slowly and we are going farm house for our honey moon." He said coldly and smirked on last sentence.

"You seem like a child to me and wait what its just a contract marriage so why honeymoon." I asked.

"I love you soo much that i want to have a honeymoon moon with you." He said sarcastically.

"I love you too babe" i said smiling sarcastically.

He scowled and said " dont call me that".

I turned on the radio and my favourite song came "hot line bling". I started singing along with it.

But chris turned it off. I asked him irritatedly

" What is your problem? "

" You. i want to have full concentration on road while driving" he said smirking.

i decided to watch the sky. I think its going to rain.

How will my married life go? Please god take care of my father.
