Ch.1 IA's First Day

IA's Pov

It's my first day, new town, new school and starting a new job I look up at the Vocaloid Cafe it was brightly decorated with flowers it was definitely the most beautiful cafes I had ever seen, I stand at the door with all my bags.

As I opened the door a bell goes off and a young maid comes running to me.

Hello Oo a new face I'm Rin-chan and I'll be your maid for today milady, she says excitable her short blonde hair was tied in two pigtails with red ribbon and her uniform was a pretty peach colour with more red ribbon and a white apron.

Hello I'm IA, i'm to be working here, I say softly playing with one of my braids.

Oh IA-chan I was told a new maid was coming today, come you must meet the mangers and everyone else, she say grabbing my hand and pulling me in.

The café is bustling with people maids and butler's rushing around with amazing looking food the whole atmosphere felt so warm and bright, it smelt incredible.

Rin pulled me into the staff room.

Meiko-senpai Gakupo-senpai IA-chan is here, Rin exclaims.

Then two people I assume are the mangers come in one female with short brown hair and a red uniform and the other a male with long purple hair in a ponytail wearing a smart suit.

Hello IA, I'm Meiko and this Gakupo we are the mangers of The Vocaloid Cafe, Meiko says stretching her hand out to me I shake her hand.

I'm so nervous what if I say something wrong, okay calm down you can do this come on IA.

It's nice to meet you both, I say bowing deeply to them.

You don't have to bow to us, Gakupo says placing his hand on my shoulder, everyone is very excited to meet you.

When we close you'll get to meet everyone one else and get your uniform, until then Rin you can tell IA everything she needs to know right Rin, Meiko says looking to Rin.

Yes, Meiko senpai, Rin says saluting to Meiko.

It was nice meeting you IA, Gakupo says as he and Meiko leave.

You too, I say bowing again.

They leave and I sigh out in relief, Rin takes my hands.

Wow IA-chan that was amazing you were so calm, they love you, she says in amazement her big blue eyes sparkle.

To be honest I was really nervous, I say running my fingers through my hair.

It definitely didn't show, Meiko-senpai can be really strict but Gakupo-senpai is really nice, your going to live with us right, she says looking at my cases.

Yeah I am, I say smiling at her.

Yay, this is going to be the best everyone will love you IA-chan, she exclaims wrapping her arms around me, so your shift your working the same hours as me all weekdays from after school to closing time, half day Saturday and your day off is Sunday you'll be going to the local school with us your a second year right?

Yes, I say I just turned 15 couple months and I just went into second year when I moved here, I didn't like my last school very much so I hope this one is better.

I'm still only first year so we won't be in the same class but a bunch of the others will be, she says.

Um IA-chan, her smile fades I heard from Meiko-senpai about your health.

Oh yeah, I promise i'll be alright, it hasn't gotten bad in a while, I say trying to cheer her up.

Oh okay, I just don't want anything bad to happen to you, she mumble her eyes teary.
