Ch.2 IA's First Day at School

I roll over wrapping my warm, cosy blankets around me, the sunlight from outside seeped through my curtains today was my first day of school i couldn't wait. Then i heard a faint knock on my door.

"Come in"

I sit up and tiredly rub my eyes.

Rin walks in already in her uniform but her hair is down and a white bow is sitting atop her head, she is holding a fresh uniform.

"Good morning IA-chan, I brought your uniform and breakfast will be ready soon"

"Thank you Rin"

I stand up and take the crisp uniform from Rin.

"See you at breakfast"

I gently lay down my uniform not wanting to crease it on my messy bed, i walk slowly to the bathroom i wash my face, brush my teeth and do my hair in my normal braids tying the small ribbons Yukari-san gave me into them, i go back through to my room to change out of my nightdress into my uniform, once i'm changed i go down to breakfast.

Almost everyone else is already sitting around the table, i guess i'm one of the last down i sit down and dig into my breakfast pancakes.

"Good morning IA-chan"

"You look very cute in your uniform"

"Uh thank you"

After breakfast i collect my bag and we all head out, everyone looks a lot relaxed this time i walk along side Yuma the streets are busy, bustle with students on there way to school.

"Are you excited IA"

Gumi comes up behind me wrapping her arms around my neck.

"Yes, very"

To be honest i am really nervous i never had the best experience at my last school so i hope this ones better.

Yukari-san takes a hold of my hand squeezing it tight.

"I really hope we are in the same class Aria-chan"

"I do too"

The school is massive the courtyard full of students, i was getting nervous again there is so many people Yukari-san's grip on my hand tightened as we walked through the crowds to mu new class.

I stood at the front of the class everyone was staring at me i fidgeted with one of my braids, then i saw Yuma, Piko, Gumi and Yukari i'm glad there are people i know, everyone else was whispering and giggling it made me feel really uneasy.

"Welcome class, we have exciting news a new student is joining us today"

Miss Hiyama my new homeroom teacher announced.

"Go ahead introduce yourself"

"My name is IA, it's nice to meet you Gumi gives me a thumbs up.

"Okay IA there is a seat for you at the back of the class next to Yuma"

She points to a desk and chair next to Yuma.

"Yuma i want you to show IA around"

I walk to my desk and sit down.

"Now i want you all to give IA a warm welcome, okay you may talk for the rest of the lesson"

Miss Hiyama leaves, the class all starts talking again, Gumi, Yukari and Piko are at different sides of the class but i still have Yuma next to me, i turn to face him.

"Looks like we are in the same class"

"Yeah"

He quickly looks away, putting his headphones on.
