And now... Part 2! It's a long one!

-------------------------------------

When Newt was finished in the shower and dressed again, he got started on the dinner. Thomas, who had left while Newt was in the shower, had left a list of what he had to cook and wear. The food was quite fancy, and Newt was surprised. Wow, he thought while he was preparing the ingredients. These must be pretty important guests.

It frustrated him that Tommy didn't part information with him. He didn't do anything, though, because he had been taught to keep his head down and get on with life. There was no point in causing a disruption just because he wasn't happy.

With those thoughts in his mind, he started cooking. He slaved in the kitchen for hours, making various tarts and crumbles and cooking different types of meat like venison (A/N deer meat) and pheasant. Newt had no idea where those foods had come from because they certainly weren't in his kitchen that morning.

Anyway, Tommy walked in just as he was done cooking. He walked straight into the kitchen, not saying a word. When Newt turned around to face his husband with his arms outstretched, he stopped dead and his arms fell limply to his sides.

Thomas had five large pizza boxes balanced in his hands.

"W-w-why d-do you have p-pizza, Tommy? I just c-cooked d-d-dinner," Newt said, trying his hardest not to break down sobbing. He was confused and upset. "R-r-remember the l-list you left f-for me?"

Thomas sighed, like Newt was making a big deal out of nothing. He placed the boxes on the old, wooden table and walked over to the counter, where the food was sat on plates. He inspected each plate carefully, and prodded the meat and potatoes.

"Well, you see, Newt," he said in a voice as cold as the winter wind. "I couldn't afford to have you messing up like usual, which you were bound to do, because you're useless in the kitchen. So I bought pizza for our guests instead. You understand, don't you?"

Anger boiled inside Newt. He felt like he was going go explode. Don't make a big deal about nothing, he thought. Don't make a big deal about nothing. Don't make a big deal ab-

"No, Tommy. You know what, I don't understand. I was cooking FOR HOURS for you and your stupid guests, and you come home WITH PIZZA?! Do you even KNOW how hurtful that is?! No, of course you don't, because all I've ever done for you is love and care for yo-"

SMASH!

A glass went whizzing by his ear, barely missing him. It hit the wall behind him, smashing into a trillion pieces. In a second, he was pinned against the wall by an angry Thomas, who had his hand raised, ready to hit his husband. Newt flinched and cowered.

"What did you just say to me?!" He hissed furiously, grabbing Newt's shoulders and shaking him furiously.

"N-nothing, Tommy. I was just mumbling nonsense."

Thomas shoved his face in Newt's. "Do you know, Newton, that WITHOUT ME, YOU'D BE NOTHING?" His voice rose steadily, and spit sprayed his significant other's face. The smaller boy shook with fear as Thomas pressed against him, his hand raised once again.
