As the shadows raced across the floor they began to speak in a guttural language only understood by them. As he walked forward he began to think "should I be here or should I be leaving this might be dangerous" as he took the last few steps around the corner he saw something that looked like it came straight out of a horror story. It was horrific and as he scrambled backwards he tripped on something squishy and wet when he looked down he was greeted by the sight of his parents limp corpses horrified he looked up to be greeted by the monsters standing over him how they moved so quickly and quietly he didn't know but he did know he wouldn't survive this one. "AGH" Charon screamed as he woke up in a cold sweat his alarm clock blaring its annoying "beep beep" sound he hated the thing but it was the only thing that would wake him up in the morning. When he went downstairs he expected the dream to have come true but he was greeted by his mom as she made dinner and his dad read the morning paper. "Good morning sweetie how were your dreams." And as he sat at the counter to eat his eggs and bacon he told them a lie, it was just another morning, he refused to remember the dream he wouldn't, he couldn't.
