She met a boy at church,
one day in June. She knew it was wrong,
but she prayed to not see him anytime soon. She met the boy in August,
God, why was this her new school? She was sat next to him to help.
Lord, he made those teachers into fools. She said yes to him thrice,
She still doesn't know why.She went to a dance alone,
But left with him and a tired sigh. She met that boy at that dance,
on a day in March. She knew it was wrong,
but left him there in a spiteful march. She met the boy in high school,
relief was short when he opened his trap. She told him and everyone she didn't care,
her nightmares say she was full of crap. She told him not to date her friend,
She cared for his feelings more than the friend. She felt guilty when it went down,
But they were at their end.She didn't meet that boy anymore,
he stuck around this time. She didn't know what happened, but
She prayed she wouldn't lose him at anytime. She watched him grow cold,
And rolled her eyes as he claimed heartless. She knew he was merely hurt and lonely,
But only on drunken nights would he confess. She stayed for the boy she knew,
and found a man that began to trust. She met a boy in June,
she didn't want him but in her life he was thrust. She thought she took the boy,
but on that trip with her was a man.She took him with her everywhere,
until the day she found she no longer can.She left a man in April,
so she could become a woman. She knew it was wrong, but
Lord, she lied to that man.Lord, forgive me for I have I lied.
I met a boy in June,
And I left a man in April.(To the man with the blue eyes that haunt me)
(A/N:I am not sure why but the song fits if certain parts are switched)

PoetryPoems are appreciated so much because they are a complete stranger's most inner thoughts put on paper and forms an unknown bond with the reader because the eye of the beholder relates and feel as if the writer knew the words to put to their own feel...
