Hogwarts, 1792

1792 - Hogwarts hosts the Triwizard Tournament

In the years preceding 1792, the death toll for the Triwizard Tournament had reached such an extreme that it was deemed irresponsible to continue to competition. This was rumoured to be the final one if the statistics continued.

Rules -

1) One witch or wizard from Durmstrang, Beauxbatons and Hogwarts must be chosen to compete, providing a total of three contestants.

2) A prospective champion must enter their name into the Goblet of Fire during the time allotted.

3) No student may enter more than once.

4) No student may enter a name other than their own.

5) Students must be in at least their 4th year of school by the beginning of the competition.

6) The Goblet of Fire's decision is final.
