How Life Goes On

Chapter 2

Emily's P.O.V.

Chloe, Richelle, Hunter and I are at the airport, waiting for A-Troupe.
Their plane already landed and they should be out soon.
"I am so excited to see them again" Chloe says. She just finished her tour.
"Same" Hunter adds.
"Yeah, I am so proud of them!" Richelle tells us excited, I smile at how happy she is. If you wondering Noah and her are together and they're just so cute.
Suddenly I her a familiar voice "Guess who's back!?"... Of course... James and West. I see my sister being annoyed by them and I have to laugh at that. Everything is still the same.
It seems like they didn't noticed us, yet. Until Richelle runs in Noahs arms.
The others come over to Chloe, Hunter and me.
"Hey sis!" I hug Riley.
"Oh my God Em. I missed you so much!"
"Same girl. I am so proud of you! You're performance was amazing!"
"Thanks"
After we pull away I say hello to everyone else.
"I am so happy that you guys came" Miss Kate tells us in tears.
"No problem" we all say in sinc.

Hunter's P.O.V.

After the surprise at the airport everyone slowly decided to drive home. 
Since I came here with Emily, it makes sense that she drives me home too.
Right now we are sitting in her car... silence... awkward silence. Do you know this feeling when your on a first date and you just know that there is nothing between you two and you just can't talk with each other? That's the exact same atmosphere right now, well except the fact that we've been together. Em and I never really talked about 'us' after this whole 'Amanda thing' happened. All I know is that she broke up with me just because Amanda told her to.
"Em... can I ask you something?"
"Mmh... sure, I guess"
"Why didn't we got back together"
"What?"
"Why didn't we got back together? I mean breaking up with me was clearly something that you had to do, because it was necessary back then..."
"Hunter... I don't know what to say..."
"The truth would be great"
"I don't know! I really don't"
"So you never actually thought about getting back together with me?"
"To be honest... no..."
"Wow thanks... I meant so much to you..."
"It's not like that..."
"It's not like what? Emily I've loved you, it hurt so much when you broke up with me. I really loved you and I probably still do."
Luckily she parked in front of my house at this time, so I don't have to be with her in this stupid car any longer.
"Good bye"


Emily's P.O.V.

"Hunter wait" I yell after him, but he doesn't seem to care he just keeps going.
I still can't believe what he just told me. Hunter loves me? After all this time?
Why is love so complicated?


Riley's P.O.V.

It feels good to be home again. James and I are sitting in my kitchen, chatting with my brother and my mom about internationals when we hear the front door shut.
Just then I see Emily running straight into her room without even saying hello or something.
"Is it this time of the month again?" my brother asks and James gives him a high five. I give them a glare "not funny!"
I decide to talk to her and run upstairs to her room.
I knock at the door... no reply... "Em? Please open the door"
"Can't you do this on your own?" she asks me sassy, that's my sister.
I open the door and see Emily sitting on her bed starring at the wall. I go over and sit next to her.
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing..."
"Yeah sure, don't lie to me"
"It's complicated"
"I have time"
"It's about relationship stuff... I don't think you'll get that..."
"Wait... you serious? I might be the younger sister, but that doesn't mean I know less about relationships... but wait you don't have a boyfriend..."
"That's not the point..."
"I don't get it..."
"Neither do I"
"What's the problem? Who is the guy? What did he do to you? Should I slap him or isn't that enough?"
"No" she laughs "It's not even his fault..."
"Who is it?"
"Hunter..."
"Hunter?"
"Yes..."
"I am listening..."
"He basically told me that he still loves me"
"Seriously? I thought that you guys were over"
"Yeah me too, but today he asked me why I have never thought about getting back together with him after the whole 'Amanda thing'. And I was just so confused by this, because I actually don't know why I have never thought of this..."
"Do you still like him?"
"I don't know! But I don't want to see him beeing hurt because of me, he doesn't deserve it!"
"So you still care about him?"
"Of course I do! How could I not?"
"Perhaps it would be good if you guys just try to sort it out? I mean you don't know how you feel about him, but I think it isn't fair to not letting him know that"
"Maybe you're right..."
"Maybe?"
"Okay okay you're right.... You know what you're not so little anymore..."
"Now you sound like mom" I laugh
"Yeah you're right... again"
"I love you sis!"
"Love you too!"
"I should probably go downstairs again. I don't want that James has a bad influence on Matty. You want to come?"
"No I'll stay here"
"Alright, see you later"

I have to say it's kinda weird giving my sister relationship advice, because it's usually the other way around. I go back downstairs to see that Matty and James are watching some stupid videos on YouTube... Why does my brother get along with my boyfriend, I mean come on, now I have to deal with both of them at the same time.
"Is Em okay?" my mom asks me
"Yeah, she's alright" I reply smiling.
Just then my phone starts ringing. Gosh...
"Hey Michelle, what's up?"
"I have to tell you something..."
"I am listening..."
"I slept with Eldon..."
