The chattering and laughter that enveloped the area where Sasuke sat with his friend appeared to grow louder for him. From friends to acquaintances, people were gathered around to socialize with one another during this break that they were offered during school hours. Sasuke had initiated into completing homework during this given liberty, but regretted this alternative when the tables decided to turn around and backfire on him.

Suigetsu looked fixedly at his friend and was determined to kill the silence soon, since the continuous glares Sasuke would lay upon the blank piece of paper in front of him were not a pleasing view. Not to mention, it would not take long enough for the pencil in his hands to break into two from the unyielding grip Sasuke had on the wooden writing utensil.

There was no doubt that Suigetsu had not planned to bring Sasuke in the central opening that was known to be in a popular opening for students to assemble around in. They both usually hung out up in the rooftop where there was peace and no vexatious sound that would affect their mood negatively, like how Sasuke's mood is now, but it was his friend, as a matter of fact, that had insisted to hang out in this certain place today.

Suigetsu was shocked and instantly became curious as to why his raven-haired friend wanted to be around people in general since Sasuke was, indeed, an introvert person who never had desire to socialize and be around other folks. When Sasuke had suggested that offer, Suigetsu only converted himself to the usual staunch buddy he was and went along with it. He was supportive of all of Sasuke's choices and vice versa.

Then, the pieces were all connected together when he noticed Sasuke ogling a particular individual across from them.

The luminosity coming from the crimson flush that stained Sasuke's cheeks when he eyed Naruto lingered visibly onto his pasty skin. He observed how the certain blond strode alongside his friends when they went to go sit down in their usual seating spot. The admiration sparkled in his obsidian colored eyes as he continued to analyze the other's movements; however, his daydream was interrupted when he felt a hand hit the bottom of his jaw.

It was his friend, Suigestu, who had closed his mouth that was apparently open with some drool running down his chin. Sasuke pouted and placed his infamous glare on that he wore whenever he was displeased with situations that took place like these. Suigetsu simply smacked his shoulder and responded with a smug look.

"So, this is why you decided to hang out here?" He had finally imposed once he was gifted with Sasuke's full attention. Sasuke's flushed face that had disappeared just a second ago came back with a more darkening color.

"Erm...well," He began but quickly snapped his neck and engrossment towards the direct sound that was heard clearly in their direction. It was the blared laughter that came from Naruto that sounded ever so gracefully and magnificent in Sasuke's notice. How the blond's smile broadened made Sasuke's scowl disappear and replace his features with a pleased demeanor.

It was Suigetsu's turn to have his jaw hanging open as he took in everything that was happening right in front of him. This person had a huge, no, immeasurable effect on Sasuke. When that process was done, Sasuke focused back to his friend and gave a confused glance at Suigetsu's reaction. He acted completely oblivious to his actions and it seemed as if when Naruto was in the picture, Sasuke was immediately caught in a magical trance.

Suigetsu shook his head, "No way! I should have known! I am so stupid for not realizing it earlier. How could I be so dense? I should have known there was an exact reason why you wanted to hang out here! I also want to strangle you for not telling me that you had a big crush on-"

Sasuke slapped his hand over Suigetsu's mouth. He did not notice that he was talking pretty loudly since there were some few stares looking at their direction. Suigetsu looked at his friend and gave an apologetic look and Sasuke plainly took away his hand when he knew that the coast was clear, but not before smacking Suigetsu behind the head.

"Idiot."
