Stabbing the girl in the stomach, the tall figure ripped the blade down, crimson liquid spilling out everywhere. It stood up. Another job done. Time to leave. It turned to the group of frightened children. Smiling like a madman, he disappeared in thin air.
"Mia!" I called out, running to the bloody corpse. My voice trembling, hot tears rolled down my cheeks as I choked on the horrible smell. The sight of my own sisters guts and bones. It was disgusting.
"Tyler! Step away from the body!" My dad called to me. I growled at him and ran off towards the place my sister loved the most. The castle wreckage on the old hill. We would climb up there together and watch the sun set. We had our own special star. We called it the Sapphire And Ruby. I banged my head against the castle wall. It hurt. I felt the blood pour down my face but I didn't care. Falling backwards onto the ground, I fell into an unconscious sleep.
