Sweet Summer Romance

I sat there in my class room, not paying attention. Who does pay attention in the last period on the last day of school?I could feel it.The perfect summer was just about to occur in twenty minutes and thirty-five seconds.I look over my left shoulder and see Kayleigh staring back at me.She smiles.Then I look over to my right. Aston, Kaleb, Jordan and Brandon were laughing about what they would do this summer."Skateboarding!" said Jordan."Football!" yelled Aston.I knew exactly what I was gonna do this summer.Hook up with friends and get Aston to fall in love with me. It was thirty seconds before the bell rang, and everyone started picking up their books.I walked over to Aston and his friends once I got my books."What are you guys doing this summer?" I said."Football, a little bit of skateboarding, movies." said Aston."What about you?" they all asked.Crap.I didn't think about what I was gonna do.I couldn't say what I was thinking."Well.I was planning on hanging with all the girls.And going to the movies." I said in a sophisticated voice."Cool.Maybe you could hang with us, too." stated Aston.I was thinking, OMG OMG OMG!!!! I can't believe he just said that.But all I said was," Oh, that sounds like fun.Sure!"

So then the bell rang.People were yelling, laughing, and running.Once I got out of the big crowd, Aston came over and said,"Hey I was wondering.Do you want to be my date to my friends party tonight.It's Kaleb's party and he said for us to bring a girl.So I thought of you." Omg. I was literally about to die.He thinks about me!! So I said,"I would love to! What should I wear?" Aston looked at me in a weird way and said,"Anything will do.Maybe shorts and a tee shirt."

So once I get home I real quickly get my outfit on.Once I get my hair done, Aston pulls up in his new Corvette.It was red with black on the hood of his car.He honks the horn.I grab my northface and head outside.It was official.

We were together!!!!!

When I get in the car, he looks over and smiles.Then my dad comes out and says that Aston outta have me home by midnight.Not a minute later. Aston looked at him and said,"That is perfect.I'll make sure of it." Then my dad said,"but still have fun!!"

Once we get to Kalebs,He opened the door for me, and took me to the backyard.That was where everyone was.The bon fire was big and it was loud. Once we both were out there, everyone started saying,"Awwe,"

He had his arm around me.Right at that moment, he leaned in and kissed me.I tried to pull away but he was like squeezing the life and dignity out of me.All the girls were so jumpy.They all surrounded me and started talking.All the boys pulled Aston over by the garage.After we talked with our groups, we came together and started listening to muic. Of course.It was Blurred Lines.Then we listened to Timber. Aston came over to me.We all started singing,"It's going down.I'm yelling timber, you better move,you better dance, lets make a night, we will remember.I'll be the one you will remember!!!"Then we listened to dubstep.

Once it was 11:00pm, we decided to leave and go home.So when we got in his car he looked over at me and said,"So did you have fun?"I said,"Yeah it was fun.I thought it was cool."

Once he pulled up to my house, my mom came out."You and Aston can come inside for a while if you want to."I looked at Aston,"Want to?"I don't know.My dad wants me home soon."I looked at him in disbelief."Yeah.Sure he does."Come on!!Let's go.I want you and my parents to bond." I started to whimper."Ok fine.Only for a little while." he said in a loud voice.We went inside.My mom had already got icecream out and milk.

After about an hour of talking and laughing,his phone started to ring.It was Aston's dad on the phone."I have to take this."He goes outside onto the deck.I go out with him, in a hurry.He starts happy and said that he'll be home soon."I don't think you should come home for a while son." his father said in a sad tone."Why not dad?Is there something wrong?" Aston began."It's your mother.It was her time to go about an hour ago." his dad responded."Aston started to cry.Big muscular guys don't cry so I knew something was up."I can't go home" he said."What happened?" I said."My..my mom....my mom died an hour ago." I looked at him.I couldn't do anything but cry.I went over to him and leaned on his shoulder.Why was I crying?I went over to my mom.I whispered to her,"can he stay here.His dad said he couldn't come home for a couple of days."She looked at me and stared.

My mom went over to him and hugged him.I felt like God wanted to show me something earlier but I wasn't paying attention.I need to open my eyes more.

He stayed with us for about a year or two.I know that's a long time but it was fun.Its a Wednesday morning and I came down to get breakfast."You're up early." Aston says."sleep well?"I looked at him with a weird look on my face.Since when does he give a crap about how I sleep?"Could you come sit down over here for a minute Juliet?" Aston asked."yeah sure.What's up?" Right when I said that, he got down on one knee and proposed."Juliet Danielle Sanders, will you marry me?"I started to cry.What should I say? Do I wanna spend my entire life with Aston? But before I could think, I bent down and whispered in his ear.

"Yes."

I could hear the angels sing!This was my man now.And no girl is going to change that now.

I walked into the bridal house.I got my dress picked out and I'm ready to go.I had my friends Ashlyn,Kayleigh,Kate,Damien,Jack, and Diamond to be in my wedding.When my aunt came in to do my makeup, I started to cry.I can't believe this is happening.

I started walking down the isle. Aston looked at me.I saw his mouth drop so wide it was like the zombie apocalypse hit me.

After we went through all that was necessary, he said it. You may now kiss the bride!! Aston looked at me and went for it.I leaned in too.

The wedding reception was a blast.We drank a lot.I decided I was not going to go to college. Aston is though.This was perfect.I'm done with school now and I am an adult.

This was my perfect sweet summer romance!!
