"Hey Jenna, I know you are the only other person that sits here because I've seen you and the only other class that Mr. Roberts has here is mine. So don't worry, I'm not a huge stalker or anything. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I think you are really pretty and nice. I would tell you in person, but you don't exactly hangout with my kind of people. I know this is really weird, but I just feel like there is something more to you then just your popularity. You aren't like the others, you are actually nice. You seem to care about people. Anyway, my class is almost over so I can't write anymore. Hope you write back!
-anonymous"That was the first note I ever wrote to her. I remember how I felt writing it. She was so beautiful and I just...well I wasn't anything. I was a nobody in highschool, I didn't have many friends or well, any friends really. I was so nervous writing that note. She made me nervous; she was popular, nice, pretty, and surprisingly really smart. I say surprisingly because in the highschool I went to it was like the people came strait out of a book. The jocks where all morons that only got good grades because they paid people like me to do everything for them, the popular girls where all barbie dolls that had a raisin for a brain, so for her to be actually smart was very intriguing to me. I wanted to know more about her, so I wrote the note. I put it on the right bottom corner underneath the 5th table in the 3rd row. Right where she always sat, just like me. I knew she would find the note because when she sits down she does this thing where she lightly taps that part of the table 10 times. Her hour is right after mine. I couldn't wait to see if she would respond or not. I practically ran home and rushed everything I had to do after school just so that I could go to sleep and the next day would come sooner. I was so nervous and scared to see if she responds and if so what she would say.
