"Hey wait up!" Holly exclaimed, speeding up to catch up with star
"Hey what are you doing?"
Star slowed down to talk to holly
"I'm going to talk to mother!"
She replied
"Why?"
Holly shifted her position on Prancer,
"Why? If you got in did something wrong, she won't know unless you tell her, and she can't punish you unless you tell her."
Star huffed. Holly was sassy and funny, but she was also stubborn and didn't like to be told no.
"Holly, I'm not going to lie to my mother."
"I didn't say had to lie. You just 'forgot to tell her,' okay?"
Holly smirked, raising one eyebrow
Star sighed.
"No! I'm going, besides I didn't get into trouble. Blitzen did. I can't get in trouble, remember? We can't get into trouble. We are going to be the Angel someday."
Holly rolled her eyes, flipping her legs over and sitting sidesaddle on Prancer
"I'm kind of sick of everyone telling me that. I don't want to be the Angel! I want to continue what I do now. risk my life having fun. I don't want to spend my life, sitting on a tree watching everyone for like, a thousand years."
Star had heard it before, but she honestly didn't want to be an angel either.
"Yeah, I know. What we do now is fun." Star said, her gold eyes twinkling
"Yeah, speaking of which, watch this!"
Holly yelled back. They were at the top of the tree now, and were five hundred metres up, when holly slipped of sidesaddle, falling through the air. Prancer, being a reindeer, rushed down beside her, flying slightly lower to catch her if anything happened.
"WOOOOO-HOO! YEAH! THIS IS AMAZING!!!" Holly screamed, wind flying in her face. Ten metres off the ground, Prancer leapt underneath her and flew back to the top of Christmas Tree.
"Hey guys, what's going on?" Tinsel caught up with them, flipping her silver hair and braiding cupids hair
"We were just talking. What are you doing?" Star said
"No silly, not you, down there!!" Tinsel pointed to the presents and said
"Let's go see?"
Holly ran her hands through her hair, sighing. It was so free in the air. Just her and her reindeer. And her sisters.
"Alright, let's check it out." Holly said
"Wait! I have to see mum, remember?" Star raised her shiny gold eyebrows
"Yeah, whatever, meet us there, okay?"
Holly replied
"Yeah, cool. See ya. Oh, and make sure Bell wakes up." Star snickered
"She was up till midnight last night."
Holly and Tinsel were already twenty metres down, but answered,
"We'll try our hardest, but we can't guarantee anything!!!"
Star laughed and landed Blitzen on Christmas Trees highest branch, immediately hearing her mothers voice in her head
"Your suitors are here. Tell me what happened then go to see them."
Her mother said in her mind,
Stars insides exploded, her mind was in overdrive
"suitors?What suitors!" Star cried
"We know you well Star, we know who you should be with, who will calm you down, re-assure you, help you and protect you. Each of you girls have a husband chosen for you, and the wedding shall be in a week."
"What the hell mum! I'm not getting married! Not to some elf you've chosen for me! NO WAY!"
"Calm, and see them."
"Fine, I will! But I'm still mad!"
Star turned, and her and Blitzen were gone before she had gotten properly on.
