Chapter 3: Leaving Levi

Readers POV

"Levi...? Sorry I thought you were sounding quite lively when you were 'working' on your project" I quietly yet quickly said. Levi had done nothing he had just looked at me with a very shocked face he was almost frozen. Petra the co worker under him looked pissed off and quickly said "Hurry up and get out can't see we're busy?" Her voice was high pitched, almost too high I looked at her and snapped back "Shut the hell up you pig! You are not in any position to say that! I'm his fricking girlfriend!" She looked at me shocked as if I wasn't the type to say that kind of stuff I mean I rarely talk like this so I guess she was right. I looked at Levi one last time and ran out the door. It was a rainy day and I had forgot bring my umbrella I couldn't really see my surroundings much until I heard a car horn beeped at me before I realized where that sound was coming from and eventually a bright light had passed me while I was crossing the road.

Levi's POV
I looked around the place where I thought Y/N would run to but she had nowhere to be found just as I was about to give up I had got a phone from Y/N I frantically picked up the call and said hello " Hello? Is this Y/N L/Ns' husband?" and replied that I was her husband " Well I'm sorry to say this but unfortunately she had got into a truck accident and she's currently in a unstable condition I highly suggest you go visit her" I quickly hung up the call and rushed straight away to the hospital that was stated by the nurse calling.

Readers POV

I felt so numb and everything hurts, especially my heart. Why did Levi cheat? Was I not good enough? Maybe it was all a lie as I slowly drift off into a deep slumber. I woke up to Levi calling me name sweetly " Y/N wake up baby it's time for you to wake up and have breakfast" I tried opening my eyes but I couldn't it was as if someone had placed heavy weighing stones on my eyes I could still faintly hear Levi calling out my name frantically " Y/N? Y/N! please wake up? Please? Don't leave me" the more I heard Levi shout my name, the more faint I felt "LEVI! I'm right here! Can't you hear me? I'm not dead! Please don't leave me alone!" That's when I heard her. Petra. It all came back like someone had punched me across the face, he had cheated on me so why should I open my eyes for him? He didn't love me. He loved her.
Memories of Levi suddenly all rushed back to me the first he proposed, our honeymoon, when we made love and our first date. I miss this Levi but I don't know who he is anymore and yet, after all the things he had done to hurt me. I still love him, I really do...

Levi's POV

"What should I do?" I thought to myself "It's all my fault... if I had showed her that I loved more, treated her like my princess and not cheat on her then this wouldn't have happened, we would still be sitting on the couch watching her favorite shows and cuddling" I prayed to myself that she would be okay and that when she regain consciousness she would be able to forgive my sins.

No one's POV

As Levi sat beside Y/N's hospital bed he questioned himself whether he did deserve her or not while waiting for the doctor to come in and reveal her results. Suddenly the hospital room door slid open and in came the doctor he looked quite concerned while looking at Y/N when Levi had saw this he already knew what was going to happen...
