Steven and Jake

Chapter 2: Fusion= New feelings

Steven woke up with the sound of someone knocking on the door.

"Hold your bridges!" Steven yelled and the knocking stopped.

Steven opened the door and saw Jake standing there. Looking around.

"Oh morning?" Jake said looking at Steven.

"Morning." Steven said back rubbing his sleepy eyes.

"Oh sorry did I wake you?" Jake said feeling guilty.

"Yeah but it's fine." Steven said with his cute smile and made Jake blush.

Jake looked away so that Steven couldn't see that he was blushing.

"So Iii wwwas thinking about asking you if you want to hang out today?" Jake asked stuttering.

"Sure. I want to show you a trick." Steven said grabbing Jake's hand and ran to the beach.

"So what is this trick?" Jake asked confused.

"It's called fusion." Steven said with a smile.

"Fusion?" Jake asked even more confused.

"It's a ability that allows gems to fuse into one ultra powerful entity. But because I'm half human I can fuse with other humans." Steven explains to Jake.

"Oh so who are you going to fuse with?" Jake asked realizing it was a dumb question and started to blush.

"You if you want to?" Steven said.

"Okay how does it work?" Jake asked.

"You have to trust me and dance like you." Steven explained and started to play music on his phone.

"Okay." Jake said a little scared.

Thay started to dance to the music. Steven put his arms around Jake and Steven's gem started to glow. Thay fused into a tall male that had long black hair with blonde highlights, he had blue eyes and was muscular. Thay called themselves 'Javen'.

"Wow this is amazing!" Javen (Jake) said laughing.

"I know it feels great doesn't it?" Javen (Steven) asked.

"Yeah. We have to show my parents." Javen (Jake) said.

Thay ran to Jake's house. Sarra was outside watering the flowers and saw Javen running to her.

"Hello."  Sarra said with a friendly smile.

"Hey mom it's me Jake." Javen (Jake) said.

"What are you talking about?" Sarra asked confused.

"Jake maby we should unfuse." Javen  (Steven) said.

"Okay." Javen  (Jake) said. And with that Javen glowed and thay split apart.

"What the hell?!" Sarra yelled confused.

"Mom you just met Javen. He is Steven and me fused together." Jake told her.

"What are you talking about?" Sarra asked shocked.

Jake explained it to his mom the way Steven explained to him.

"Okay so your magic?" Sarra asked Steven.

"Half magic on my mom's side. I'm a member of the Crystal Gems. We fight monsters and protect humanity and stuff." Steven said.

"Okay. So how did you two fuse?" She asked looking confused again.

"We danced." Jake said jumping up and down.

"Can I see this dance?" Sarra asked hesitating.

"Sure." Steven said.

He started the music and the two of them danced to the music. Steven put his arms around Jake and Steven's gem started to glow. Then Javen was back.

"Good morning." Javen (Steven) said excited.

"So who am I talking to now?" Sarra asked.

"It's actually both of us." Javen (Steven) said.

"Okay." Sarra said.

"Okay mom we have to go." Javen  (Jake) said to his mom.

"Okay. Bye." Sarra said.

Javen ran to the temple. As he entered the house the gems were about to go on a mission.

"Hey guys." Javen (Steven) said.

"Steven? With whom are you fused with?" Pearl asked narrowing one eye and rising a eyebrow.

"With Jake. This is Javen. Our fusion." Javen (Steven) said.

"You look great together!" Amethyst yelled from behind Pearl and she got startiled.

"Amethyst stop yelling." Pearl said.

"Where are you guys going?" Javen (Steven) asked.

"We're going to the desert." Garnett said.

"Do you want to go with?" Javen  (Steven) asked Jake.

"Sure." Javen  (Jake) said.

"Can we come?" Javen  (Steven) asked.

"Sure." Garnett said fixing her glasses.

Javen stood next to Amethyst. The warp pad active and they teleport to the desert. There was a raging monster heading towards them. Garnett summons her gauntlets and hits the monster. Pearl throw her spire at the monster and it perished the monster's skin. It poofed and Javen catches it. Javen (Steven) bubbles it and sends it back to the temple.

"Wow that was fast!" Javen (Steven) yelled heading back to the warp pad and teleport himself back.

Javen unfused. There was a special bond that formed between them. Steven felt butterflies when he looked at Jake who was moving his hair out of his eyes. Steven blushed deeply.

"So what are we going to do next?" Jake asked with sparkling eyes. Which made Steven blush even more. He looked away so that Jake can't see him blushing.

"I don't know but it's almost time for my sword fighting lesson with Pearl and Coney." Steven said and Coney came throw the door.

"Ah just in time." Pearl said waiting on the warp pad for Steven and Coney.

"Youcan come if you want to?" Steven asked.

"Sure." Jake said.

"Who's this?" Coney asks.

"I'm Jake. I recently moved here." Jake said holding his hand out.

"Oh. I'm Coney. Nice to meet you." Coney said shacking Jake's hand.

The warp pad activities and teleport them to the cloud arena.
