I Promised Forever and Always

PAIGE POV

"Paige! Wake up!" yelled my little sister Clara, "It's time for school!!!". I groggily sat up and looked at my clock...it read 7:00. Knowing school started at 7:30 I jumped out of bed. "Clara go eat I'll be down In a moment" I said. "Ok" she replied. After opening my closet I scanned my clothes, I decided on a pair of jeans and a top that hung off my shoulders. As usual I grabbed my converse and slipped them on immediately walking over to my vanity grabbing some make up. "7:15!" Called Clara! "Be right down!" I called back. I hurried and finished my makeup quickly brushing my hair then ran downstairs. I lived in an old apartment with my sister and mother. My mom was never home but I learned how to survive with Clara. "C'mon Clara let's go!" I said to her as I grabbed my backpack. "yes ma'm" she giggled and I smiled. We walked out the door and started to walk to school. I was a sophomore in highschool and Clara was a seventh grader. As we approached Clovis north high I immediately got butterflies in my stomach. "Yay....another day in paradise" I said sarcastically when I waved my sister goodbye.
