It was finally the weekend and you had finished all of your home work. You sat at your computer desk hanging you head back over the top of the chair. You looked up and sighed. You sat silently for a few minutes. After about five minutes of staring at the ceiling you grabbed you phone and began to type.

Y/n- Hey, Iceland. You around the phone?

Iceland- Yes, I am around the phone, Y/n... Is there anything that you need? Is something wrong?

Y/n- No! Nothing is wrong. I am glad you answered... I don't guess I need anything either...

Iceland- Thank goodness nothing is the matter. So, why did you message me?

Y/n- I am just a bit bored that is all.

Iceland- if you are bored you can do your homework or study...

Y/n- I have already done my homework, and I don't really have anything to study... There aren't any tests coming up... So...

Iceland- I see. Then... Read??

Y/n- I don't have any new books...

Iceland- hmm... Well I don't either. I was actually just sitting here with my puffin...

Y/n- I see...

Iceland- How about we go out together and get a book? I will buy you one.

Y/n- I would love to go and get one, but you don't have to buy it!

Iceland- I would rather buy you one. So don't argue.

Y/n- Okay...

Iceland- So meet you at (fav. book store)?

Y/n- Sure! Getting ready to leave right now!

Iceland- I will do the same. See you soon.

You left after getting ready You put on(you fav. outfit). You were walking quickly down the street and picked up pace the closer you go to (fav. book store), the closer you got to Iceland. You soon arrived at the book store. Iceland hadn't arrived yet, but that was understandable since it you did leave in such a rush. You sat on the bench in front of the store and waited for Iceland to arrive.

Iceland's pov

I started to get ready to go on well... I would like to call it a date... But she probably doesn't like me... But I do like her... It would probably be better if I dressed casually... I grabbed a blue hoodie out of my closet, slid on a white shirt and a pair of black joggers. I went down stairs and slid on a pair of my tennis shoes and went to leave when Denmark suddenly came out of no where. I flinched as he yelled.

"Yo! Iceland! Where are you headed off to?!" He practically screeched drunkly.

"I am going to the book store... Bye." I said and then headed out the door, leaving Denmark behind. I heard him yell for Norway and I picked up speed. I would arrive at the book store in 10 minutes give or take.

Reader's Pov

You had been waiting at the book store for about ten minutes... You sighed and pulled out your phone. You were about to text Iceland when suddenly you saw him in the corner of your eye and put your phone away. You wanted to ask him if this was a date. You were quite fond of Iceland and would love that to be the case. You stood up and waved. As soon as he reached you he burst out in apology.

"Y/n!! I am so, so sorry!! I should have gotten her sooner... I was just a bit worried about if this was a d-.... Uhh... And Denmark slowed me down... I am so very sorry!! I hope you can forgive me!!" He said hastily. You smiled.

"It is fine. Really I didn't wait long. And Iceland... What were you-" You were interrupted by him.

"If it was over 6 minutes it was a long wait! I am sorry... Continue..." He said regrettably after he interrupted you.

"Time doesn't matter, Iceland... The fact that you came is what matters." You looked at one another and then blushed. "Anyways..." you broke the eye contact, "What were you going to say before you mentioned Denmark?" You asked, looking back at him. He blushed even more.

"I was... uh.. Well I was worried if this was a date or not..." He look at you as if he were ashamed of himself. You smiled at him and grabbed his hand.

"If you want it to be a date then consider it done! I was curious myself..." You said to make sure that he understood the definitely not one sided situation. He nodded.

"I would like that a lot... So... A date?" He asked.

"Yes, a date!" You answered him happily. You both walked into the store hand in hand. You both looked around and then you stopped at (fav. book genre section) He squeezed you hand for recognition. You snapped you head around to look at him, making eye contact.

"What is it? Is there a problem?" You asked quickly.

"No, not at all. I was just curious if this was you favorite genre... Because..." He trailed off.

"Yes, it is my favorite. Why?" You informed and then asked. He looked at the ground and hesitated.

"Because it is my favorite as well." He said blushing.

"Well! That is another thing that we have in common then!!" You pulled him into the back of the section. For several reasons. I would love to kiss him back here... You thought to yourself. He let go of your and and started to shuffle through the books. The sudden lack of warmth seemed to bother you. He was still blushing. You then stepped closer to him. He automatically noticed the small space between the two of you, when suddenly, you wrapped your arms around him and buried your face into his chest. You inhaled.

"You smell amazing..." You said. The sound of your voice was muffled by his hoodie. You just took in the sent happily. He then brought his right hand to you chin and tilted you face up to his. Your lips met. You both stood there kissing and Iceland pushed you up against the book self and kissed you violently . You then wrapped you hand around his neck and kissed back. He bit your bottom lip for entrance. You opened you mouth slightly and his put his tongue in your mouth. When you both parted for air he asked the great question.

"Y/n... Will you be my girlfriend??" He asked blush covering his face. You smiled and hugged/jumped on him.

"Yes!! I will! I love you Iceland!" You exclaimed happily.

"I love you too Y/n..." He hugged you tight and then bought the book of your choice. Several to be exact.
