Part 3 : My New Friend

          Ruby's P.O.V.

         I'm so excited for today. I get to meet a new friend. I don't care what they are, I just want a new friend. I ran downstairs to see my mom standing with the blonde kid I saw yesterday. "Ruby, this is Jason and Jason, this is Ruby." He nodded and I saw that his head looked like a bottle didn't hit it. "Well you two can get playing." My mom said. I walked to my room and he followed me. He was speechless when he saw my room. It was filled with things. He pointed his finger at some of my rare stones and also pointed his finger at some string. He moved his hands in an intricate pattern and then there was a glow.

       The stones and string turned into a beautiful necklace. It landed in his hands and he gave it to me. "Thank You" I told him, he nodded and started playing with more of my stuff. "Why aren't you talking?" I asked. He got a piece of paper and wrote 'I shouldn't talk for now.' "Why?" I asked again. He wrote on the piece of paper'I just shouldn't,' "Please?" I begged with my puppy dog eyes. 

        He rolled his eyes and opened his mouth, "Don't say I didn't warn you." He whispered. His voice sounded like silk weaving through my ear drums. I wanted to hear him talk more. "Please talk more." I begged with another pair of puppy dog eyes. He nodded no and wrote down on a piece of paper, 'Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.' "How come you could talk before?" I questioned. "Because when I have enough energy, my voice doesn't as good as my normal voice." He replied

             Jason's P.O.V.

               Ruby asks so many questions ,but this is kind of interesting. I might be able to teach her a few tricks. I used my regular voice and said, "Do you want to learn how to do fun things?" She nodded yes and said, "Will you be using that voice?" "I shook my head no. "Ok whatever," She responded. "Come" I said, I walked to the attic and she followed me. I wanted to test if she could use the trick I was using or something else. I first brought her to a rock and asked her if to use her mind to turn it into something else. She stood there for a long time ,but didn't do anything.

                We were at the last thing, which was to test if she could control the elements. I used my magic to contain the elements and I waited for her to do something. "Try to keep the water and fire touching without getting each other extinguishing." I told her. She nodded and  she closed her eyes concentrated on the water and fire. I looked up and saw that she was actually doing it. She opened her eyes and then jumped into the air, "I did it YAY!!!" She shouted, she lost her control and the fire and water canceled each other out. "Good Job"I said, "you are an elementist. You can control all 5 of the elements in nature.It was already 9 'o clock so we both went to bed. I think she's pretty cool.
