Claire's P.O.V :

"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Los Angeles International Airport. Local time is a quarter to nine and the temperature is nineteen degrees.

For your safety and comfort, please remain seated with your seat belt fastened until the Captain turns off the Fasten Seat Belt sign. This will indicate that we have parked at the gate and that it is safe for you to move about."  the flight attendant began to speak.

"Finally.." I'm waiting to get off the plane.

I carried my suitcase and decided to call my best friend Lizza, asking for a ride. She answered in second.

"Hello Lizzie." I greet her.

"Hey Claire, what's up?" she said.

"Umm, do you mind to pick me up at the airport?
I just arrived in LA." I asked her.

"REALLY?! WHY DIDN'T YOU EVER TELL ME THAT YOU'LL COME TO LA? Wait. You lives in New York, right? And where will you stay while you're here? Are you on vacation?" She blabbering.

"Yeah, I just arrived, I'll answer all your questions when you come to pick me."

"OH MY GOD! I'm so excited to see you! You know it's been two fuckin years since the last time I saw you in person." She said.

"Okay, so, are you going to pick me or keep talking to me through the phone?" I sighed.

"Oh, yeah, sorry. Just wait for me! I'll be there in half an hour from now."

"Aye aye captain! Drive safe!" She laughs and hung up the phone.

*****

It's been about half an hour since I called her. I saw the view outside the airport through the window. The weather was cloudy.

I walked around the building until I stopped when someone calls my name.

"CLAIRE!"

I turn around to see who's calling me.

"LIZZIE!" I run into her and hugs her tightly.

"OH MY GOD! Look at you!" She looked me up and down. "Christ! Look at dat booty!" She slapped my ass and I just rolled my eyes.

"Nah. You're prettier than me." We started to walks to her car.

When we got to her car, I climbed into the passenger seat and she drove out of the parking lot.

"So, how's life treating you?" She asks.

"Great. How about you? Still dating with Cody?"

"Pretty good and no, I'm not dating him anymore. I broke up with him one months ago." She said.

"Oh, sorry. But, why you broke up with him?" My curiosity got the best of me.

"It's okay. I broke up with him because he cheated on me with some chicks." She murmured.

"Well, he have no idea what he's missing." I punched her playfully and she's just laughing.
