Dinner Talk

Avi's POV

I love our fans. They were all so supportive and my video hasn't been out for a few hours yet it's been praised by loving words.

I smiled as I looked at my tweet feed. 

"Avi!" I looked up to see a bubbly Scott jogging to me. "Sorry we're late, Uber was late picking us up."

"Hey, Big Daddy.." And here he was. Mitch Grassi, the one I've been pining over like I was high school again. 

 "Mitchie.." 

He tugged on my beard lightly, "Starting to looking like a true lumberjack."

"Hey, what can I say? I look good in flannel." I laughed softly.

Scott wrapped his arms us both, "Let's eat!"

Kevin and Kirstin were also running a bit late so we decided to get a table. I was looking at the selection when I heard Scott yell.

"Oh my god, Avi!" I looked up a bit startled.

"You posted a video and didn't tell us? I gotta re-tweet this!" 

Mitch flashed a smile, "Congrats Avi! I'll do that same. Oh and we need to use the Superfruit too!"

I smiled bashfully, "Aww..you don't need to--"

Mitch shook his head, "Nope too late done." He flipped his phone to show his screen.

Thankfully, Kevin and Kirstin showed up to end my embarrassment. I'm not sure what I was embarrassed about honestly. They didn't know the hidden meaning behind the song. They didn't know why I picked that song or why I decided to do the video in the first place. The topic quickly changed to our upcoming 2016 World Tour.

"I can not wait! I'm getting tour fever already!" said Kevin. We would leave for tour rehearsals soon then the first leg in February. 

Kirstin asked the group, "Is there any country anyone is most excited for? I can't wait to go back to Japan."

I couldn't help but grin, "I'm excited for all of them but New Zealand is calling me. Also, nature is calling so if you would excuse me..."

I needed to cool down my face desperately. Quickly doing my business, I walked out and bumped into Kirstin going to Ladies.

"Opps sorry Kirstin." 

"Actually Avi," she stopped me before I could walk off, "I wanted to talk to you quickly."

"Of course. What of?"

"I saw your video. It very beautiful."

I smiled, "Thank you."

"I also wanted to ask you something..and please don't be mad or offended." She looked to the side as if she didn't know how to word it. I started to panic a bit, did she know? She's a very observant person and maybe I gave her too little credit.

"Avi...do you have feelings for Mitchell?"

Crap.

I took a moment too long to think of an answer, "Umm..."

"The reason I ask is because I've noticed in the last year how close you two are. I also don't mean just friends close. You act lively when you're around him. Don't think you try to fool me either, the Trio grew up together remember?"

I nodded, "I haven't forgotten. I'm doing this video project to work out what I feel for him. I'm actually planning to each of you to be in a video. Eventually, that is."

She smiled brightly at me and hugged me, "I better be in the next video. If you need anyone to talk to please let me know! We are definitely having a long talk!"

"Thank you and I will. I will need it." She hugged me one more time before heading to the Ladies room.
