Prom

Its the end of year 11 and its a week until prom. I wonder if Aston is going to ask me to prom, fingers crossed, he probably will though. Oritse asked Atalya to prom like 3 months ago and of course she said yes. Oritse and Atalya are like the cutest couple of 2013 I mean it. Oritse brought her a teddy bear saying forever in my heart and took her to dinner to nandos for her 16th birthday! He's such a gentlemen. Its great to see my best friend so happy! His like a brother to me anyway he always looks out for me when I need help as with Aston.

Its only Monday and prom is on wednesday and Aston still needs to ask me. Starting to get worried he wont. Bell goes for form and I head up to my form room. Something was strange. There was a red curtain at the front must be a show or something. But Aston was no where to be seen, maybe he is going to be late or something. My favourite song comes on Beyonce Love on top. The curtains open and there stands Aston, smartly dressed in a full black tuxido. What is going on? Aston calls my name. 'Stephy come on up here' My cheeks go red as a rose what was happening? Has he prepared something just for me? Anyway I make my way up to the stage and stand there by astons side in Blue denim shorts and a white blouse. 'I know it may be late. But as you are my wonderful girlfriend! Would you like to be my date to the prom?' He says in a small soft voice. 'Yes baby of course I will' I replied with jumping on him giving him a really tight hug. The whole form clapped and cheered apart from one person..guess who. Yes Ellie. A tear rolled down her cheek. I felt sorry for her but at the same time I hated her.

Atalya knew about this the whole time and she didnt once tell me. She knew how much I wanted him to ask me but I guess it was a surprise. I was very surprised. Its form time after noon and I have been so happy all day nothing has been able to put me down at all. Until form time. I was sat in the corner in form Aston was facing Oritsé speaking to him. He took his phone out of his pocket and out slipped a note. I seen it on the floor. Any normal person would have just handed it over, but if im honest I'm very nosey. I opened the note and it read 'Aston, I know you're with a sket which is why you should say yes would you like to go to prom with me love Ellie xoxo' I have had enough of this girl honestly. I slammed the note down on the table loud enough for Aston to hear. Aston turned around and noticed i had tears rolling down my cheeks while my mascara was smudging down my face. He saw me holding the note. 'Baby she passed it to me last lesson, if you read the back you will feel better' Aston notified me. I flipped over the paper to see the back it read 'Ellie you're an alright girl but im in a perfect relationship with Steph and I'm taking her to prom and no one else sorry' that instantly put a smile on my face and I immediately cheered up.

Its finally wednesday. Yes thats right prom day eek and im sooooo excited. We're already half way through the school day we are in period 4. Its going so quickly i just want to go home and get ready. Atalya is coming to mine to get ready because my mum is a professional hair dresser so she is going to do our hair for the night of our dreams. Period 4 was an option lesson which meant I wasnt in Aston's lesson but I was in Ellie's and I thought it was best if I spoke to her. 'Listen I know we got off on a bad foot you're not a horrible girl you just really bug me when you send Aston notes' I said calmly. 'Don't try and be sweet to me. Aston means the world to me and you stole him away' Stole him away? I dont think so! I had to move so i could stay calm and wouldn't end up hit her.

The bell went for the end of the day and me and Atalya rushed back to mine to get ready. My dress was beautiful it was a baby blue colour and it was like fluffy at the bottom and strapless at the top. It took us 3 hours to get ready but it was worth. Mum had done both of our hairs and she honestly did a perfect job of it. We walked out side to get in the car only to a see a beautiful blue limo hovering on the side of the road. We had no idea about this and we are very greatful for my mum for hiring it for us. We walked up to the limo and a young gentlemen opened up the limo door. We see two figures in black suits with a bow tie and white t-shirts, it was Aston and Oritse. A tear shed in Astons eye and a huge smile creeped on his face, we got in the limo and I sat by Aston. He looked amazing. He gave me a kiss on the cheek and whispered in my ear 'you look beautiful' I smiled and we headed off to prom.

We got to the motor cycle museum and everyone looked stunning. But there was one girl missing. Ellie. Where was she? I remembered I had her phone number so I decided to text her. 'Stephy: are you coming to prom?' There was no reply for about 20 minutes and my phone vibrated. 'Ellie:No, had no one to go with you took my date' I read it and completely ignored it I wasnt going to let her ruin my night. I went and sat down with Atalya and then we see both of our gorgoeus dates talking to the DJ maybe they are going to pick a funky song to dance stupid to everyone knows what they are like. Aston and Oritse strolled over to us. They held out their hands and both said 'Would you like to dance' we both got up to dance with our dates and again my favourite song came on. 'Baby i have to go somewhere i will be back in a minute' Aston said placing a kiss on my forehead. I said okay and he went off. I had no idea where he was going. He came back and surpirsed me by hugging me from behind. I turn around and saw his beautiful face. Oritse told me to go and get Atalya so I did. Aston and Oritse were whispering to each other, I wonder what they are saying. I get atalya and we make our way back over to the boys. They tell us to close our eyes so we did. They shuffle around abit and then tell us to open our eyes. We open our eyes and there they were on one knee on the floor with rings 'Too my beautiful girlfriend Stephy I love you to the moon and back will you be my beloved wife' Aston said. A tear shed in my eye and i jumped on him 'I do I do I do' I heard Aston sigh in relief. 'Atalya my wonderful and amazing girlfriend our time as a couple has been perfect I dont want to be boyfriend and girlfriend anymore I want you to be my wife' Oritse said to Tal. 'Of course I will Reesh I love you soo much' Tal replies with. They both place the rings on our fingers I try to keep my tears back, but Tal was a wreck she was so happy. Prom night was just the best I was so surprised it was definetly better than what I expected it to be.

So me and Tal are engaged but who knows what happens next.
