My family rescued Cody from her dad who abuses her and does drugs. He is out all the time but when he is home he is drinking and hitting her. One time I was going to her old broken down house. I heard screaming,crying and pounding feet. I got a hold of my gun and busted down the door, ran to the living room and seen him trying to hit her and he successfully got a punch to her face. I looked down at her knee and saw it was broken the bone was sticking out of her leg. She was silently telling me to leave but do I listen, of course not. In fact I did the opposite of that and got his full attention, I threw a glass bottle on the ground. It shatered into a million pieces on the floor. He immediately looked at me and came running. At this point I was so mad that he did that bad damage to her I got out my concealed carrier told Cody to look away and she did I pointed it then he took off running out the house. He was halfway down the block then I took the shot in the head and he just collapsed. I ran in the house picked up Cody rushed her to my truck and sped to the hospital not bothering to follow the speed limit.
We were at the hospital my parents and I were in the wating Room wating for her to come out of emergency sugary for her leg and some broken ribs.
