The story of Alix

Chapter 1

It was a normal day in the rose manor. Levia was asleep, Jax was in the garden and Alix was watching after Jessica and Will. "Uncle Alix, How come you haven't introduced us to your partner yet??" Jessica asked as her and Alix wrestled in the playroom. Alix sighed and stared at his niece with sad eyes. "Princess, If I was to bring my partner home.." He trailed off as his phone started to buzz. "Hold that thought angel." He murmured to Jessica as he patted her head and pulled out his phone. "Oh fuck me why did he have to call me now.." He whispered to himself as he answered the phone. "Hey hi Alix what's up!?" A perky voice giggled. Alix felt his cheeks grow warm. "O-oh hello shane." Alix swallowed hard as his breathing hitched "So what are you doing tonight?" Shane chuckled excitedly. "I might be watching the kids tonight if Levia is busy but if she's not then I'll be free, why do you ask?" Alix asked with a glint of hope in his voice. "Sweet! I hope you're free because I really wanna see you~" Shane purred into the phone. Alix blushed and grinned "I'll be at your house by seven?" Alix said with question in his voice. "Great! Seven works perfectly. See you then, babyboy." Shane said then hung up. Alix put his phone away then glanced at the young girl looking at him with humor gleaming in her eyes. "Soooo, Who was that??" Jessica giggled as she jumped on her uncle. "Nobody princess, Just a friend." He replied with a chuckle as he swung her around. "Then why were you blushingggg~" Jessica giggled amd smirked as she watched her uncles face turn a bright red. "Nevermind that, Anyway, That's all the time I have for you today princess. I have to go get ready for my da- I mean I have to go get ready to hang out with my best friend later." Jessica pouted then quirked an eyebrow before nodding her head. "Awh okay. Have fun on your date." She giggled and skipped out of the playroom all the way back to her own room. Alix sighed and shook his head. "It's not a date but lord do I wish it was. Anyway, I should probably get ready. It's already about 4:30 and Shane lives about half an hour to forty five minutes away." He sighed to himself then walked out of the playroom to his room to go shower and change. He really wanted to impress Shane. "I'm hoping that if I can impress him enough I can get him to go out with me, Gods I would do anything to date that boy and I'm hoping tonight is the night where I can finally make my move." He sigh to himself as he walked into his private bathroom to shower and shave so he could look good for his best friend and hopefully possible soon to be lover.
