Beatrix wiped the sweat from her brow as she shot the last Mint Mango into the auto-feeder. She then ran to each of the corals that held her precious honey largos. One coral held Tabby Largos, bouncing around trying to pounce upon her and lick her face. Another held Rock Largos, rolling up into balls and rolling into the walls of the coral, as what they did 24/7, 365. The other two corals held the exact same thing: Phospher Largos only because Phosphers were one of her favorite slimes. Phosphers were little firefly-like slimes that only came out at night. Their plorts would also fetch a pretty penny at the time in the markets. Their plorts back on earth were used as an organic form of lighting, and were quickly becoming popular thanks to Beatrix. Now that all of her slimes were fed, her crops were harvested, and hen hens taken care of, she sucked out a honey plort and took it back to her home to finally have breakfast

Thora grabbed her vac-pack and headed out the door with haste.  Her profits from her slimes had been dwindling that week and today she headed off to scavenge for something that would make more money to send back home to her grandkids. Her granddaughter's husband had recently passed away from brain cancer and not only was her granddaughter, Sharie, devastated, but she had fallen out of a lot of money due to the death and was barely making rent for her tiny apartment. Thora couldn't possibly send money to her granddaughter if she didn't have enough money for herself! She emerged out of her ranch into the Coral Reef, a dry ocean bed that usually Pink, Tabby, and Rock Slimes inhabited. She searched  for something, anything that would help her get a quick buck. Water spout, Rock Slime Canyon, Pink Slimes and Tabby Slimes stacked on top of each other, crumbling passageway....

Wait, crumbling passage way?

She walked closer and closer to the passage. Good sized rocks and other rubble, even bent support beams. She looked inside, the passageway was tight and claustrophobic, yet it was perfect to fit a human through. She placed the vac pack on the ground and started to squeeze through. The passage was too small to fit the vac pack into the cavern, so Thora had to scout out the passage, unarmed. It was incredibly dark without the vac pack's flashlight. She stumbled blindly in the dark until she found a wall. The only option was to follow it until she saw some sort of light. Suddenly, she heard a sound of crushing glass under her foot. She bent down, felt around the ground, and eventually found what felt like a pair of glasses, the lens that she smashed felt mostly intact. She put them on, and she immediately knew what they were: Night Glasses, built for rangers to see in the dark, and to be incredibly stylish at the same time. She pressed the button on the side to activate the night vision feature. The left lens was more broken than Thora thought. Huge cracks covered the middle and right side of the lens, but Thora could still use them to find a way through. Suddenly, a green bar, heavily pixelated and broken, tried to appear at the bottom of the left lens.

The only thing Thora could make out is a percentage that remained unbroken. However, as Thora stood there, the percentage gradually grew greater

As the percentage grew, Thora began to feel sicker and sicker, and as she moved back towards the entrance, it only grew faster.

Thora picked up the pace, feeling as if she might faint.

As Thora fell, deprived of the last of her strength, vision fading to black, the meter reached 100%, and the glasses immediately called 911.

Thora was later picked up by a rescue crew and and was shuttled back to earth for medical treatment, high levels of radiation in her system, a letter was sent to Beatrix and Mochi about Thora.

Good reason for Bea to get curious...
