**Ariana's P.O.V**

It is the starting of a new school year, I would classify today as a typical school morning for me, where I reluctantly got out of bed, brush my teeth and take a shower.

I get dressed in a white tank top, a blue jeans shorts and a black and white converse. I applied a little bit of makeup and my pink lipgloss, and laid my long, staight, brown hair down in my back.

I grab my bag and my iphone, head downstairs for breakfast. Mmm breakfast.

"Morning honey"

"Morning mom, whats for breakfast?"

" Pancakes and scrambled eggs" replies my mom.

" Mmm, my favorite" I really like Pancake and scrambled eggs its just sooooo delicious, well at least when my mom prepares it.

"Hey Ariana. You know food's not the only thing that exits in the world dont you." Says my 17 year old brother Carlos.

" Carlos, don't talk to your sister like that." yelled my mom to my brother in a scolding kind of voice.

" Why?, i'm bigger than her"

" Yea, by 1 year and 8 months, we all know" i replied in a sarcastic tone.

Can you believe it?! he is only one year older than me and acts like my dead granpa.

" both of you stop it" my mom yelled in an annoyed tone. " hurry up and eat i have work in 10."

My brother Carlos is one of the school's, as they like to call it 'bad boys'. The others are Tyler O'Brien, the captain of the Anchor Beach soccer team and Justin Knight the deputy captain.

They get all the girls, even though they keep breaking their hearts, its like they get completely hypnotized and fooled by them. They are as rich as President Barack Obama, well their parents are. Whatever its still the same thing, and somehow still manage to get good grades.

My family however is average we do well. We're never foodless, never shelterless and never out of clothes, we do just fine.

I dont know why my brother has that title because the others are wealthier than him. I guess it's because of his flawless features. He has dark hair, hazel eyes, a dimple on his left cheek and a perfect body. And today he was dressed in a fitted polo T-Shirt, blue jeans and white Nikes. Oh yeah i'm pretty sure thats why they all want him.

" Carlos, can you take your sister to school please? her car needs fixing" said my mom when we were all finished eating.

" Since when" replied my brother in a disgust tone.

" Since now" replied back my mom in a stern voice.

" Ok, ok, no need to get angry or anything." said my brother in an surrendering tone.

After they finished their little chatting, my mom locked up and headed to where her jeep was parked, while we headed where my brother car was parked. I have to admit, it is pretty gorgeous. Soon after i heard my mom's jeep take off, then we took off also.

My mom is a baker and a Nurse. She's not the kind of Baker that works in a bakey though, she bakes special cakes for special occasions. She works morning shifts from 8 to 4 at the Anchor Beach hospital.

I really love my mom. Her name is Vanessa Anderson. She's really easy to talk to, she's nice and understanding but, piss her off or mess with someone she loves and you'll see the devil side of her. No worries.

She's really beautiful. She has long brown hair, brown eyes, nice skin- every thing about her is nice.

The drive to school was silent until my brother broke the silence.

"Ok, so you look ni-ce today, whew." He blew an exausted breath and wiped an imaginary sweat off his forehead. "That was hard to say. So if any of the guys ask, tell them you're my si-s-ter, and i will do the same, and before you ask, i'm doing this because this is a new year and i want to change, even have a permanent girlfriend. But if you tell anyone about the girlfriend part i swear to god-

"Way to go on the changing part, keep it up brother" **note the sarcasm**

"Ok i'll try my best" was the last voice heard before it went back to silent town.
