Our hole crew was outside waiting for the bell to ring, holding our history books.

"When is history gonna start? I wanna learn something good!" Farkle said.

"In like 10 minutes." Lucas replied.

"So, Maya. Whatcha gonna do your report on?"

"I'm not sure. How about you?" I asked.

"I'm going to do it on, Pink Fluffy Unicorns!" She said smiling.

We laughed together.

Riley and Farkle ran away and started to "play."

I walked up to Lucas.

"So. We'll be lab buds in Science." I smiled to myself. Ms-know-it-all.

After History we had Science.

"Yeah. But don't mess it up like last time." He smiled.

"You didn't notice it anyway. You were too busy writing Riley's name in your notebook."

They're falling madly in love.

I couldn't let that happen.

"Do you have a problem with Riley and I?"

"No. It's just that I'm the only singleton in the group."

"Jealous much?"

"Little bit."

"That's okay."

Of you and Riley, yes.

Just then the bell rang.

Whatever.

We were meant to be together.

And we will.
