Chapter 2

Elijah's P.O.V.

We finally get to the fair that uncle Mark been talking about 'Adventure Land'. It closes on the last day of summer and is fair pay and I guess all I need.

"So how do you want this to be" he asks a little excitedly

"Whatever is easiest for you I guess" I shrug and he gets out the car immediately

"Okay Elijah I'm going to show you the ropes of Adventure Land" when we go into the entering everyone greets hims and everyone stares at me

"So this is Eden" he makes her go in front of me to shake her hand she is a really pretty girl with long blue hair. "Hey" she greets me with a warm smile, I have to say she is very pretty but that's not the point...

"So Eden I can see that you would find a interest in giving my nephew Elijah a little tour" Mark steps in

"Sure" she says sarcastically taking me

"So this is little old Adventure Land what you in for" she says with curiosity while also waving hi to people and giving others hugs, I could tell she knew a lot of people here

"My luck failed getting a job somewhere else so I got here for a summer job" I tell her yelling over people so she could here me

"Oh yeah good choice, it's really cool here once you know everyone" she finally gets through all the people to me

"Oh let me introduce you to Rosie" the girl had curly hair with light brown skin

"Hi there" she shakes me hand then getting back to Eden

"Ethan needs help with the snack bar" Eden rolls her eyes

"This boy always needs help with something, now Rosie can you show Elijah around while I help Ethan" Rosie nods and we walk around

"So you have a accent where do you come from"

"Australia" she smiles big

"Wow I've never met a person from Australia, sorry for getting all giddy it just feels like I meet everyone from everywhere" she smiles

"It's all good" she squeals

"God your accent is so sexy like Tyler and Max's you'll meet them soon though" she takes my hand since we were getting lost

I met Ethan and some hours past they wanted me to meet u with more of their friends.They took me by the ball toss where I saw a girl with two high pig tails with heart shaped glasses sit on the stand talking to everyone that was there.

"I see  you take a liking to Dorthy" Eden laughs, I sit there in embarrassment

"Nah, I have a girl friend" trying to to make the situation a little less awkward at least for me  

"You can still like someone while still being with another partner" she brings me to everyone and everyone goes silent

"Everyone this is Elijah" Eden introduces me and everyone says hi.Dorthy just sat there. She sat there with her legs swinging  up and down with the light breeze making her pigtails flow with it while she eats her cotton candy

"Enjoying the view" She laughs as she finally comes back to reality, I bush a bit but no one can see it because of the dark

"Oh, just day dreaming" I laugh

"Everyone day dreams on her, she's our little cotton candy girl" the other little short one says

"Be quiet Max" she sticks out her tongue then comes up to me and looks around me

"So what's your name" she asks

"Elijah" I answer her and she puts her glasses above her head showing her hazel eyes 

"Where did you come from" she puts her hands on her hips

"Australia" I answer back

"Ohhh Aussie boy, why are you here"

"Parents sent me to live here for the summer and I have to get a job here " she bits her lip

"Well aren't we going to have fun" she turns away from me getting the rest of her cotton candy and going on the boy with curly hair's back.

Eden comes up from my side and laughs"she's right we are going to have fun" and walks off and everyone goes off

I remember that I need a ride to get back to the house, uncle Mark probably already left so I need a ride

"Hey Eden" she turns back

"Is it okay if I can get a ride" she smiles and gestures her hand for me to come and I do so

We get in the car and get on with the ride
