1st person's Point of View

You could never resist a twist of fate, especially when it finally hits you.

Gladly, fate has finally blessed me, after long long years of heartbreak, I finally learned how to move on. I learned how to love again. No more hardships, no more bitterness. Just love, and lots of it.

I finally found someone who helped me during my hardships when I was alone.

"(G/N)!" I called my boyfriend, waving a hand up in the air to catch his attention. He gave me a smile from afar, finally noticing my presense.

It's been so long since I've smiled like this. A long time ago, I've felt nothing but pain. Pain from heart breaks and nightmares. But now, even if I remember all the times from the past, I could go all day remembering them without shedding a tear.

It clearly means that I've finally moved on.

"Babe." He pecked me on my cheek, then wrapping his arms around your shoulder. "Wanna go out?"

"Sure, where?" I asked, suddenly feeling a little excited.

"Hmm.. I've come across some new coffee shop this morning, wanna drop by?" He flashed a smile, waiting for my answer.

I held my chin, pretending as if I was having second thoughts but still ended up going with him.

We walked through the side walk, held hands and talked like there's no tomorrow. It's almost the same routine everyday, and I'm happy whether we repeat the same things over and over. All I know is that I'm in love with the guy I'm with right now.

"Oohh," Just as we were getting near the coffee shop, I could almost smell the scent of strong caffeine and my mouth was almost watery.

"That smells nice." (G/N) looked at me, then pinching my cheeks in the process.

"It does." I smiled, then clinging onto his arm like a little kid. He patted my head and pulled me closer to him in an instant.

A few steps more, we were getting closer and closer to the store, just then...

A pang on my chest had made me remember all the things I've forgotten.

Kagami:

There he was.

He looked at me, obviously surprised as I was. I guess none of us expected to see each other at the wrong place at the wrong time.

I gulped hard, trying to resist and look away but his eyes were like magnets trying to attract mine, that no matter how hard I try to look away, he was still catching my glimpse.

Years. It took me years to forget, how come a millisecond just wasted all my effort to forget?

"Oh, Kagami!" (G/N) walked to Kagami, opening his arms and expecting a hug.
