After school, Jennifer got on the bus and rode home. Once she was home, she giggled and blushed, sitting down at her desk in her room. The brunette teen took out a strip of paper and wrote something on it, folding it and seeming concentrated. Once she was done, she had a small star shaped paper. She smiled at it and carried it gently as if it were a baby. On her window was a large jar, full of multi-colored star shaped paper. Jennifer loved the stars; the paper ones and the real ones. She dropped the new one into the jar and giggled happily. Every time she was happy, she would write the reason down and make it into a star. When she felt sad, she would shake the jar and pick a random star out, and it would make her feel better. She looked at the jar and giggled again happily. Brayden had been her reason for making a star; most of the stars were because of him. She walked into the kitchen and refilled her dog's food bowl, petting the animal as it ran over to her. She felt her phone go off. The short girl reached into her back pocket and pulled it out. It was from Brayden, causing her to smile. She looked at it. He was being too adorable for his own good again. She shook her head and responded before continuing her chores, ever so often stopping to reply to him. Their love was blind to only them, which frustrated everyone else. The two were both equally stubborn, and yet they never fought. She walked by a picture of her dad and gave a gentle smile, kissing it softly. She missed him. A lot, actually. It had been almost a year since he passed away. That was when her jar of stars was almost empty, but Brayden caused it to fill up to the rim again. He completed her jar of stars.
