Today was the day that you and Buddy were going to have your baby. He was a nervous wreck. He kept pacing back and forth, talking in a rush, and even began to shake like a leaf. You smiled and grabbed his hand, and looked him in his eyes. He smiled back. But his smile looked pained.
"Its going to be okay, Buddy. I promise." He sighed and nodded as he bit down on his lip. You rolled your eyes and didn't let go of his hand. Everything was calm until you felt a shooting pain run up your back. You whimpered and your eyes began to water.
"Y/N! Are you okay!?" You nodded. Then it happened again and you let out a yelp. This time, he jumped up and called for a nurse. You tried to tell him it was okay and the baby was just moving around but your voice came out shaky and unbelievable.
While you waited for your nurse to come in, you watched as Buddy paced and hyperventilated. You sighed. You felt like he was worse then you. He stopped and looked at you.
"How are you holding up?"
"Good. How about yo-" you were cut off by a very bad feeling. You didn't bother to look down because you knewyour water broke. Your face turned red. "Buddy," you whisper. "The baby is coming."
"What!" You felt anger run over you. You grabbed him by the front of his shirt and brought him inches from your face.
"Listen BuddyI'm about to deliver our baby. Now I really suggest you get my midwife before I knock the Texan right out of you. Understood?" He nodded and scrambled away. You hear his shouting from the hallway. Your midwife, two nurses, and Buddy came in. He immediately grabbed your hand and kissed your forehead.
"Alright Mrs. Holly get ready to push."

She was finally here. B/N B/M/N Holly. She was 7.5 pounds with your H/C hair and Buddy's brown eyes. At the moment she was asleep in your arms. Buddy hovered behind you, looking at his daughter.
"Hi there B/N. I'm your daddy." You smiled and kissed Buddy softly. "Can I hold her?"
"Why are you asking? She's your daughter too." He shrugged. You handed him the baby. Immediately, you saw his eyes well up and tears fall down his cheek. "Oh Buddy!"
He simply smiled and looked down at her. It truly was a beautiful sight. To see the two people you love most with each other. He looked up at you and smiled.
"I love you both so much," he whispers. "With all my heart."
