Humans are such a fragile things,
Following there emotions, hopes, and dreams,
But really all they, we, do is hurt each other.
One minute we say we will love each other forever,
Then we make forever just a few months. . . sometimes only days.
One day we vow to be different to stay the same way for good,
the next we are shattered glass and a whole different person.
We fall in love with the person we once hated,
And learned to hate the ones we once fell in love with.
We started a fire in a souls when were young,
Now, Now we are putting it out with own doubts and others words.
We grown into heartless beast,
That can't even convince our selves that we are more or less then we think.
All we are, are pebbles on a mountain,
Small and seeming useless,
But if you take one pebble, one life,
It changes the whole shape.
I know that we have to feel at some point but think of a world without it,
With only reason to guide us we would hurt less inside, sure,
But what would that mean for us?
A life of robots, so I guess what I'm saying is, ..
Without pain, suffering, and doubt,
We would be nothing, just a mere animal.
Remember that you are no hero but you are something,
We are all roses with our flaws, thorns, and our beautiful petals.
So don't worry and don't get cocky
We will all have storms some more then others. . .
But every storm, heartbreak, situation, and test, has an ending
It may not be in the near future but it will end.
