***"Jackie, I love you no matter what. I would never  leave you, are you crazy? Someone would have to be a fool to do that to a girl like you."***

"Which dress should I get? I'll send you the pictures right now," Charesse said.

"Why are you so loud?" I laughed, "You're over here ruining my ears. Here, let me just put you on loud speaker."

I took my phone from off of my ear and looked over my screen for the 'speaker' button. I heard Charesse faintly talking. "Hold on! I don't have you on speaker yet... If you're talking I can't hear you!" I shouted next to the microphone. Pressing the speaker button, her voiced boomed in my ears.

"—well you can hear me. How did you know I was talking if you coul—"

"I heard a faint noise so I assumed it was you," I laughed.

I laid my phone on my bed and went towards my dresser to find some pants that could match my camouflage t-shirt.

"Did you get them?" She asked.

"I have to check them after I find some pants to wear. In the meantime tell me about your plan for the dinner."

I'm sure that topic will get her rambling.

"Red.. Red... Navy blue..." I mumbled to myself. Lifting the last pair of pants in my drawer I cursed myself. "Where is the black one?" I asked, speaking to no one in particular.

I looked up and saw them folded on top of my bed post. Oh right. I forgot I laid those out for today.

"—had the audacity to tell me- are you even listening?"

"Yes girl what did he tell you," I improvised. "Right, so he told me that I had to wait to make reservations because they were all taken." I hummed in disagreement to make sure she thought I was listening to her rant.

I grabbed my tight black pants and slid them midway before the cuff tugged on the heel on my foot. I looked down and groaned bending down, pulled it off, and continued pulling them up. "Okay... Shoes," I whispered.

I tuned Charesse back in.
"—over that counter and told that man he better find me a daggone spot or I will be getting his manager, cause I knew his trick self was lying. I checked online if there were any available prior, and there were."

"He thought he could run something slick over you," I responded.

"EXACTLY. GIRLIMGOING-"

I jogged to my closet door which was a bit far from my bed and pressed my hand against the DNA sensor I recently got for security reasons.

"Welcome, Jacqueline would you like me to scan your outfit?"

"Yes, that would be great, thank you Tally."

I stood still facing the sensor and waited for the beep to indicate Tally was done identifying my outfit choice. Tally is my version of my sister. I have created a mechanical system many would say resembles to Siri, except mine is more... updated. I have programmed Tallith (Tah-Lith) to act as a human, except she is my manual system for everything. My house, my phone, my watch, anything mechanical. After my actual twin sister Tallith died along with my parents during one of our family missions, I didn't take it very well. I put all of my anger and depression into creating another version of her.

"Done analyzing outift 532"

"Tally how many times do I have to tell you, just give it a nickname. I'm not going to remember 'outfit 532' when I want to choose this outfit again." I laughed.
