Chapter 15 - "Hobson?"

Simon's POV

My hands wouldn't stop shaking, my palms were sweating, my right leg kept on bobbing up and down. I just really hope she is okay. I felt JJ's arm around my shoulder and I place my head upon his shoulder. "It's okay dude, I know how you are feeling right now. She'll be fine." He whispered to me and I calm down slightly. I don't know what it is about JJ, but his voice is soothing in these situations.

Josh started driving the car, my heart was beating extremely fast. I just want to make sure that Sammie is alright, hoping there is no critical injuries. We pulled up at the hospital and we all rushed out of the car, and into the hospital. I ran as fast as I could to the front desk. I was panting like made. "Sammie....Hobson..?" I asked, taking small breaths in between.

The receptionist typed away at her computer. "She is under care and cannot have any visitors right now, but if you wait in the waiting room, we'll call you out when she is ready for visitors. I just need one of you to just fill in some details of Sammie." The receptionist said. Taylor stood next to me and filled out the remaining details.

The others went to the waiting room whilst I stayed beside Taylor. "What are you two to Miss Hobson?" The receptionist asked, leaning forward on her desk, exposing her cleavage. Honestly I want to throw up. "Best friend." Taylor told her. I looked at Taylor and I saw how uncomfortable she was. "Boyfriend." I lied. 'Wishing I was her boyfriend..' I thought. 

"Why would you want to go out with a battered girl who is probably less likely to survive? I would be a much better girlfriend to you." She said, placing her hand on my mine and winked. I moved my hand away, "Well she is such a loyal person and doesn't hit on anyone whilst they are in a committed relationship!" I exclaimed, pointing at the diamond ring that was on her fourth finger, on her left hand.

Taylor and I walked away from the reception desk and let out a breath I wasn't holding. "Boyfriend, eh." Taylor nudged me and I rolled my eyes. "If I said I was her friend, I would never be the first one to get into her hospital room." I told Taylor. "Good thinking. I know you like her dude, you want her to be your girlfriend. It's obvious." She stated and I looked down. "Is it that obvious to all of the girls?" I asked and she nodded.

"You are a really nice girl Taylor. Just wanted to say that." I complimented and she smiled. "Thank you." She replied. "No wonder Manny likes you." My eyes widen and I placed my hand over my mouth. "I was not meant to say that." I said to Taylor and she was smiling, her cheeks were red. "You like him too, don't you?" I asked and she nodded slightly. "That's cute." I said and she nudged me. "Shut up dude. Don't tell anyone I like him, the girls don't even know." She told me and I nodded. 

"You on good terms with Tobi?" I asked and she nodded. "We've talk a few times, why?" She asked. "Well Tobi is Manny's older brother." I told her. "Oh yeah, I watched Manny's videos a lot and I saw Tobi in a couple of them." She told me and I nodded. "You are most likely to get in a relationship and will be accepted quickly." I said and she smiled.

We walked into the waiting room and I sat next to JJ. "Can I just say, the receptionist is really pretty." JJ stated, which resulted in a slap from Rocky. Guessing she's a jealous type. Rocky crossed her arms and told us she was going for a way. "Dude you guys have been going out for like how long now, I understand you are complimenting the receptionist, but Ricky is the jealous type." Evie told us.

"Plus she may seem pretty in the outside but she is a fucking sket." I stated. "What do you mean she is a sket?" Josh asked. "She started flirting with Simon and said who would want to be with a battered girl, meaning Sammie and that she would be a better girlfriend." Taylor said. "Girlf-" "Simon said he was Sammie's boyfriend so he could get in there first. Because he is so in love with her." Taylor says.

"That might be true, but you are madly in love with Manny." I said and I realized I shouldn't of said that. "Oops." I said, which resulted in Taylor smacking me round the head. "I'm just going to find Rocky." JJ told us and left. "You like my bro?" Tobi asked and she nodded.

Tobi engulfed her in a hug. "He likes you too. Every time he was round mine, he would non- stop talk about you." Tobi told her and she blushed.

"Hobson?" I voice called. I stood up and looked at the nurse. "Go dude. We'll wait here." Ethan said and I nodded. I walked to the nurse and she smiled. She asked who I was and then she escorted me to Sammie's hospital room.
