4. Swimming after you ate will cause cramps

IT is said that you should wait a good half hour after you ate to go swimming, but you actually don't have to.  Apparently about 20-25% of your blood flow goes to your abdominal area to help with the digestive track, so while exercising (swimming) can cause the blood to act weird since it has to choose between going to the abdominal area or the muscles. So really, Any exercise will be the same as swimming if you ate before doing it.
